My company ordered 100 plushies from Gumtoo Stickers.

Harry, the Customer Happiness Manager at Gumtoo has been very kind and patient with all my enquiries and throughout the many back and forth correspondences.

He is able to answer all my enquiries and accommodate to the changes that were required. There was a proper process when it came to the plushy and included sampling as well.

However, the 2D design provided to the team did not come out 100% as expected when it became 3D. In the future if you would like to get plushies, I would recommend having a 3D version sent over if you would like to achieve accurate results.

Overall, it was a positive experience and all the whale plushies are well-received. Thank you Gumtoo! 😊

Everyone from Gumtoo that I have communicated with were professional and was able to give advice to the queries we had. We had a tight timeline but Gumtoo was able to produce the tattoos just in time for our event. Impressively, tattoos was delivered earlier than the stipulated date given. Not to say, quality was great!

Didn't managed to receive the NDP tattoos, thus checked in to see what else can I do to ensure that the children in my school will have to the tattoos for the National Day celebration. Prompt follow-up to resend the tattoos for me the next day was very much appreciated.

NDP tattoos were fun and eye catching. Used them to attend various National Day gatherings and the designs added to the cheer and good vibes.

Pranjal was very helpful with assisting our last min order (for a last min assignment given to me - assigned on Sat 330pm for an event on Mon 8am). I explained to him my situation and even apologized to him for contacting him out of his working hours, he went ahead and assisted with a few queries and eventually with the smooth transaction. Thank you for being patient, understanding and kind.
