I was shipped a damaged Christmas…

I was shipped a damaged Christmas ornament I purchased on sale. The paint was chipped and it was visible through the clear plastic box from the manufacturer. It never should have been shipped. I took pictures and through emails I was told that all sale merchandise is "as is". No where on the website does it say "as is". After multiple curt and rude interactions with the manager and rep I was finally refunded my $10. I have bought from this company for decades and never had such a negative experience.
Beware that anything you buy does not have to be in perfect condition, and you own it.
