Love their sleep gummies I ended up subscribing through their website when Amazon was out of stock. Went back to Amazon as I had subscribed there too and had no issue unsubscribing from their website when Amazon stock came back :)

The gummies themselves were OK (assuming they do actually have what they're supposed to in!). But they didn't respond to an issue I had. And there's no way of cancelling a subscription in your account, so I had to delete my payment method instead.

This company is garbage, they don't send products, or answer their emails, and their phone number is cancelled. Totally immoral scammers, avoid.

Love their gummies! Had some questions about the product and customer service were quick to respond and informative

I agree with the review above that this is a completely unresponsive company. I have been trying to cancel my subscription now for 3 months, it just keeps being dispatched and the money taken from my account even though I’ve had several automated emails saying the subscription is cancelled. I’ve emailed them several times now and had no response at all. Not even an acknowledgement. Extremely disappointing. It’s a great shame their customer service is so appalling as the product itself is really good. Based on their terrible customer care I can not continue to use them and would not recommend.

Subscribed directly from their website to buy herbal sleeping gummies. They didn't work for me so reached out to cancel it- as I can't do that myself for whatever reason. I also tried to cancel it before my second order was sent. They didn't respond and sent the second one. I have been reaching out for a return/refund both through their email on the website and the phone number attached but been consistently ignored, only response I got was via the number to say they'd cancel my subscription (no confirmation it's been cancelled) and to try taking more gummies. If you do buy, don't buy directly from their website. Unprofessional and untrustworthy business.
