Very poor customer service. Was sent faulty shoes and had to pay both return postage and the original delivery fee for them.

I cant understand why the more expensive wellies last a lot shorter than budget ones I live in wellies and have had many brands I tried gumleaf saxon wellies and thought I was impressed so much that I also got a pair of Field wellies for summer I have a lot of other makes to give them all a chance to dry out even the neo ones get cold after a few hours if worn all day so I change to a diffirent pair during the day so each pair dosent get too much ware normally the good makes crack and leak I do look after them clean and treat them reguarly these gumleaf ones the rubber is perfect the sole is good the boots look perfect even though I have them for a good while but they only ged winter use and are cleaned treated and put up in the dark for the summer to my supprise the other day I had a wet foot I couldnt beleve it the boots looked like new but the soles on both boots have started to come away from the uppersond water is going in between [RIP saxons] another pair of dear wellies bite the dust as they would be out of gaurintee anyway

Just purchased the wide-calf wellies and can honestly say that these are indeed the best fitting wellies I've ever tried on - and I have VERY wide calves (48cm).
They feel extremely comfy yet sturdy and offer a snug fit for the foot (I'm a size 9 and purchased a 9). Fit well with both a thick shooting sock or tucked in jeans.
Yet to withstand the test of time but initial impressions are very promising.......
