The company (gume.com.hr) promised delivery of the tyre within 5 days, which did not happen. When asked about the delivery date and the tracking number of the parcel, I was told that they don't have the number but that it will be sent to me as soon as they get it. At that point the tyre was allegedly sent. Waiting another couple of days, still no tracking number, no tyre and no communication regarding possible delivery. This did not make sense at all, so I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund 15 days later. The number for customer support often cannot be even dialled, let alone connected to a person that can effectively address customer query. Web chat is equally lame- I was told that the request for my refund has been sent to the accounting department on 4 different occasions by 3 different agents in the last 15 days. The first two agents advised that the money will reach my account within 2-3 days or 5-7 days, depending on which day I contacted them. Ultimately, it seems that they can only raise an issue with their accounting department and no other advice is given. The web form for raising problems does not recognise the order number given so it all feels really untrustworthy. I am really sorry I stumbled on this website and will never use them again.
