Parkettbutik.se, .fi etc etc and Gulvbutikk.no are Scam companies based in Norway

On 2021-06-25, parquet was purchased in the middle of covid times. It was guaranteed that delivery would take place within 6-8 weeks. They first sent half the delivery and promised that the remaining delivery would be sent within 3-4 weeks.

After 1.5 years, the floor has still not been delivered, they send me emails most often that I demand them or that due to high order pressure, they cannot deliver the floor.

Still to date have not received a floor.

To those of you who ordered, make sure to cancel the purchase immediately.

Contact Sebastien at Alsapan s.grandviennot @ alsaflooring.com directly and you will all hear about how parkettbutik.se, gulvbutikken.nu or whatever they want to call themselves have to this day not paid for all the flooring you actually pay for.

The floors are significantly significantly more expensive in reality in ridel double the price. What the floor shop does is that they show cover prices online and then sell large volumes to us consumers. When 2-3 customers have ordered flooring, they send just over half to the 4th customer and mean that the flooring has been delivered. Customer 1-3 never get their floor. The company has restructurings at 2-3 year intervals when they have received so many complaints that it can no longer work. And you never get compensation for either the floor or the money back.

Absolutely do not TRUST what Parkettbutiken says, it is a pure scam company.

Pre-payment of hardwood floors that never arrives. Many unhappy customers without floors or their refunds repaid. Stay clear! Owners have many bankeuptcies behind them. They usually require a pre-payment of your floor. But they will not deliver it- instead they will feed you excuses. If you require your money back- be prepared for a long prosess in the legal system. They operate as long as they possibly can- before declaring bankrupt.

These people steal your money! Half of their customers don't get the hardwood floor they have ordered, and no-one ever gets a refund. They are swindlers, thieves and bad people. STAY CLEAR

Purchased floor from Gulvbutikk, waited three months for the floor, was supposed to take three weeks. Waited three more months to get my money back, and I still haven't gotten it back. Guy who owns it only asnwers once a week and every week it is a new excuse.
