They sent me a guitar with a cracked…

They sent me a guitar with a cracked neck. I paid import duties, and repaired the crack, after purchasing the tools, and supplies to correct it. Their customer service response was pathetic, asking me to cover the cost of shipping back to them, and pay THEIR duties, while they offered no compensation for the work I did.

Avoid these parasites. Their customer service is BS, and their products are worse.

Don’t buy from them

I bought a Flying V guitar kit, and the quality of the neck I very low : more than half of the frets protrude and extend beyond the fingerboard.

Two professional luthiers to whom I showed the instrument indicated, based on their expertise, that the work had defects requiring a complete refret, and that in its current state it was unplayable according to their evaluation.

The seller, for their part, stated that they did not see any issue, despite the photos, videos, and a written statement from the luthier that I provided.

I had purchased a left handed guitar

I had purchased a left handed guitar, one of their headless versions. They sent a right-handed neck with it and wouldn't send a left-handed version to replace it. In matter of fact they said they were aware of the issue and refused to fix it as "it didn't matter." The instrument is literally unplayable with a right handed nut.

Customer support is frustrating to deal with and stops responding. No offers of compensation for the instrument have been provided by them.

Fake Brand Instruments

They are selling a Gibson bass that is very clearly a fake Gibson (you can tell because the truss rod cover has 3 screws whereas Gibsons always have 2) and they are selling it as if it is a real Gibson bass.

Buyer BEWARE!!

What I ordered from this company, Pango Music, is NOT WHAT I GOT!
They listed a silver guitar body, but what I got was a dinged up, chiped and very scratched guitar body.

Very unhappy. But it's a Chinese company, so good luck getting a refund or anything else from these people.

VERY SORRY I DID BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
