Issues resolved fast

I bought a product and it came with a battery that just wouldn't charge. Sent a message to them and they replied with in hrs. Told me how to test it, I did what they said and sent them photos which they complemented me for🙂 and said no problem, that a new battery will get sent right out. I recieved the new battery and it works perfectly. I so appreciate how fast they responded and replaced for free the new battery. Efficient, reliable and friendly

I was searching a safe way to find vintage and rare effects pedals, GuitarFX is one way to do it!

I bought an Ibanez CP-9 (80's compressor) and was very satisfied with my purchase from GuitarFX.

The shipment was efficient (less than one day to be sent), unfortunately I had a little problem with the pedal (there was no sound when the pedal wasn't activated). The contact with GuitarFX was easy and friendly, I just had to send back the pedal and it was fixed at no cost and sent back quickly.

As I'm a Belgian customer, I can say GuitarFX is also efficient for international sales.

So efficient, reliable and friendly for my part. No complaints at all.
