Jeremy was very helpful, knowledgeable and allowed me to feel comfortable purchasing precious metals.

We drove 2 hours to meet the people that work at Guildhall to listen and ask our questions before deciding how we wanted to proceed. I must say the experience was great. We dealt with Jerry, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We decided to transfer our RRSP's into gold and silver and hold it in a vault. Nicole was also amazing when we made a purchase before leaving and surprised us with a free gift. My husband and I called Jerry two weeks later and made a purchase to have delivered by Canada Post. It took less than a day to receive our purchase. It's well worth the drive to meet the people you are dealing with over the phone. I also cannot forget Paul who dropped into the room to introduce himself and chat.
