Our stay at Little Pines was exceptional! It is so well located with both being walking distance to the beach and town and has everything you need for a night or short term stay. Ali was a wonderful host and was always available to advise on everything from local attractions to restaurants and anything we needed! Little Pines is clean and comfortable offering a comfortable bed fixtures and furnishings! The deck area also offers a sauna and outdoor furnishings as well, which added a lovely touch to our stay. Our dog was also a very welcome so all round a great stay and look forward to coming back soon

I was a little hesitant about the idea of a short term rental, but the minute I met Ali I knew it was the right way to go. He not only totally understood how much my property meant to me but he absolutely understands the market and since being with him my cottage has barely had a day vacant! He treats the property like his own, continually going above and beyond to take care of every little detail. He is extremely professional and friendly, always available to answer any questions I may have and has a great knowledge of reliable tradesmen in the local area. I am so happy to have found him and his company and would recommend him to anyone thinking about renting out their properties!

From the get go communication with Ali as fantastic, he was very responsive and friendly. When we arrived check in was seamless and the place was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the photos, it was tidy, spacious and decorated very well. We had two small dogs with us and the annex was extremely dog friendly, it was perfect. On arrival there was a guest book with local recommendations including restaurants and things to do which was helpful and a nice touch, also a packet of shortbread and a bottle of wine which was such a really lovely touch! The location is amazing, only about a 6 minute walk to a really nice beach, with great local walks and only a 15 minute walk into Falmouth town centre. We literally can't fault this place! It is backing onto a busy road but it was no issue at all for us, maybe just something to be aware of. Overall we had a 12/10 stay!

We stayed at the Little Pines during Easter and it was fantastic.

Upon arrival the room was immaculate, and we were welcome with some treats (cookies and wine). During the stay the communication with both Ali and Emily was easy and quick, and their voucher of recommendations was very useful. Even when we left, and we forgot some stuff behind, they were very understanding and help us get it back!

They do go over and beyond to provide the best service. Definitely recommend!

Ali and Emily are super responsive and great hosts. The annex is beautiful and perfect for a short break. Location is great, everything including train station, town centre and many beaches in walking distance.

We had a lovely weekend stay in Falmouth! We like to be able to walk into town when on holiday so the location was perfect for us.

Ali was friendly, quick to respond and offered local recommendations for things to do/ places to eat. The place itself was clean and cozy, with an amazing comfty bed. It had all the amenities you need for a long weekend stay.

We had two weeks’ experience of being hosted by this company and found them great to deal with, very quick to respond with practical solutions, relevant information and a manner that made me feel they were very good friends whom I’d known for years. Our hosts were always available, never intrusive. We had a lovely stay - parents, grandparents and toddler granddaughter.

We loved our stay at The Little Pines! The annexe was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location close to a beautiful beach and within walking to the town center! Everything was perfect and we would come back here again!

First impression: The annex is spotlessly clean. With thought and attention to detail.
The bed was really comfortable and we even took a peak at the mattress to see what it was for when we replace ours at home!
The shower was great. The kitchen had everything you need (with a table top oven/hob) kettle, coffee machine, fridge etc
Nice decked area to sit out. On street parking, dog friendly.
A good location to walk into the town, marina, or beach.

Most importantly for me is that our messages were responded to very quickly and in a friendly manner

Recently, I had the privilege of photographing one of the most luxurious Airbnbs in Falmouth. As a property photographer, I've captured many stunning homes, but this one truly stood out. From start to finish Ali and Emily were very accommodating and communication was excellent.
The property we stayed in was very well designed, we felt very at home as soon as we arrived, the accommodation was very clean and cosy. We would definately visit again!
