Guardian Residential Lettings & Sales Reviews 

My wife and I have 11 properties with Guardian who we have worked with for over 7 years now and we would not work with any other letting agent !

We have always found their well-established, experienced team to be extremely professional and thorough in vetting potential tenants for us and both front office and back office staff have always provided advice and support throughout the tenancies should any issues with tenants arise.

Their rates are very competitive and we feel we have built up a really good relationship with Guardian who we will always return to to find us new tenants.

They have a recommended team of excellent contractors such as Gas Safe Registered engineers, electricians, carpet fitters and repair men who Guardian themselves use and we also use them to look after all our properties.

As a tenant I had a bad experience from beginning to end:
- On the day of getting the keys I had demands for extra documentation made and the already signed contract revoked and changed
- During the tenancy, Guardian makes constant "property inspections", rather than doing it at the end of the tenancy
- To give notice of the end of tenancy Guardian REFUSED to accept the notice, unless it had physical signatures of all the tenants (even tho it is a family)

I am never renting any property managed by Guardian. It is not worth the hassle, and I had much better experiences with other estate agents.
