Bought a brand new omega on their website.
Brand new means manufactured in 2017! Only ! After three weeks the watch started making an unusual noise. Return the product is not possible after 2 weeks and obviously I m invited to contact Omega to fight the warranty (and not mention them) . It s simple they are not selling what they say. Its clear warranty fraude and a terrible customer service !!! Up to you if you want to be scamed.

I hesitate, can I trust this group? I did some research and didn't find serious bad reviews, so I jumped, with a tiny bit of myself did I do the right choice?

Let's start from the most important thing: the watch. It's perfect, exactly as described, in mint conditions, with valid, new warranty. Seeing the watch it's obvious it was never worn by anybody. The price was frankly unbeatable under these conditions. Regarding the watch I cannot be happier and recommend them more for your next timepiece purchase.

So, why 4 stars? They are not really transparent about their business model, how they operate, and how they can afford such competitive prices for watches in such incredible, mint conditions. Examples? I still do not know where the watch came from: I've been told repeatedly that is comes from an European AD, but which, in which country, I have no idea. Why it matters? because that AD activated the warranty, and it gives some assurances on its origin. Minor detail, but why such secrecy? Another example: I do not know why this watch was not being sold at retail price by said AD: was it returned by a previous customer? was it defective and refurbished? was it from an AD that was exiting the market and getting rid of stock? More examples? I have no idea who I bought this watch from: Sergio, David, and Merilin are just names at the end of an email but I have no idea who they are, they are not mentioned on the website, there is no surname, and respond behind an anonymous icloud.com email address (Merilin, taking care of the aftersales, does at least have a LinkedIn account, which I found reassuring). More examples still? They have no personal data management policy, which is mandatory by EU and Spanish law (their website did not provide any at the time of my purchase), but do ask you for your ID card for taxation purposes (which is a legitimate thing to do in Spain; I checked).

Under the above conditions I would never have trusted them if not for the impressive amount of incredibly positive reviews on here.

Of course what counts the most is the watch, and that is flawless and I am extremely happy with it. The purchase experience was ambivalent because of the negative notes above, and because -- on the positive side -- they are genuinely fast in answering and following up to customer requests so you never feel ignored (although some of your questions might be).

I would recommend them to any future customer who is looking for a watch at a competitive price. I would also recommend them to update their business practices towards more transparency towards their clients and, critically, the history of the watch.

Exclusive watches for a reasonable price. Got mine within two weeks, brand new model, with papers en box.

I bought a brand new Grand Seiko Shunbun through Guardian of Time, and the service and speed of delivery was absolutely flawless. Super quick replies from the customer service (Merilin), the watch was delivered two (!!) weeks before the expected deadline (kudos!), and I was kept informed throughout the way. The watch arrived very well packed through an insured FedEx service. I will definitely use them back again for my next watch!
