So Far....so Good. Guardian has been helpful and offered options on policies. They send out notices prior to policy expirations and are prompt in their responses. The REAL TEST, as with any insurance group, will be if / when an incident occurs, God forbid!

The Guardian team assigned to me communicates perfectly. I never feel like I don't know what's going on or when I need to renew or make a payment. I couldn't say enough great things about their level of support.

Really lazy. Despite repeated messages to find how to pay for the insurance, ignored.

They send frequent "we care" messages but don't really care, just automated emails! I don't know why they make it so difficult to pay for the insurance.

When you’re trying to coordinate cars, paperwork, dogs, border timing, and your entire life packed into SUVs… your brain starts sounding like a dial-up modem from 1998. 😅

Their team was patient, responsive, explained things clearly, and got us insured fast without making the process feel overwhelming. It honestly gave us a huge sense of relief right before crossing into Mexico.

If you’re planning a move or long drive into Mexico and want people who actually understand the process and don’t treat you like a policy number, I’d absolutely recommend them.
