Worse customer service ever
You can't get anyone to answer your questions about a STD claim. Thy keep saying i
the claim is in review. Too many companies are using overseas help, this is the major issue.
1) you have to go through "Hugo" which is a pian and after 10 minutes you will get ransfered
2) can barley speak English
3) constantly says "they understand your frustration"
4) there is never a supervisor available to speak with
5)a supervisor will call you back in 48 hours and NEVER do
6) At the end of a conversation , you could have a heart attached because of all the BS you have to go through and still not know anything after a 29 minute phone call
