Unprofessional and inexperienced cardboard skulls, we sent a package through them via DHL, the package had arrived in Germany and DHL Germany wanted information about the contents from (the sender) GTV express in Sri Lanka, DHL in Germany sent email after email about the details, we who were to receive the package in Sweden, answered everything that DHL wanted, but due to GTV Express's carelessness and despite DHL warning that the package could be sent back to Sri Lanka, GTV Express completely ignored it and the package was sent back to Sri Lanka, we lost 90,000 LKR and GTV Express did nothing. In the end, GTV Express complained that we who were to receive the package, missed providing details to DHL, even though our side was ready and everything to DHL, GTV Express bloody liars. This is about GTV Express Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. Response from GTV Express Batticaloa: you can read for yourself "The details requested from your side have been compiled" then what the hell did you do afterwards?

Utterly rubbish service.
Parcells is lost,and after waiting a long haul,simply ignored and partial refund has been issued after many attempts of calls and messages it's a nightmare with this scammers . poor customer care with a hotline whatsup number based in sri lanka Utterly awful service.
Would not recommend to anyone who's planning to send parcels from Sri Lanka.
Using third-party services courrier service especially DHL e commerce will not provide any information whereabouts.
Had a very stressful 40 days to get the partial refund .
I had lost all my family and friends gifts and important stuff .
Also customer support managers will never answer your calls or messages.
Very Very disappointed 😥.

They simply charge for the size of the box not the weight. But if you check there service page it talks nothing about the size but the weight only.

Also, they have no respect for time. Collection booked days ago but never showed up.
