great presentation. Dan was very informative and patient with his presentation.

I finished my SMSTS course last week with Dan, he was amazing, very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the 5-days, I do believe this course could be completed in 3 days, but despite the length of the course Dan kept it engaging!

I had problems logging in to the Teams Webinar however the Lecturer asked me to do a few things with my laptop after that everything was all fine I'm also sure I was late actually getting my camera & sound sorted the Lecturer was very p28atient & understood my issues & thanks to them letting me answer a few questions & suggesting a few experiences I've had on the job I got the 100% Score I hope I get the chance to do another.

Excellent tuition from ray, helped all the information needed to sink in very knowledgeable and personable bloke and Rachel was great with any technical difficulties to which I had a few my end! All in all great training experience

Completed my SSSTS with GTE. From start to finish they were extremely professional and the trainer was very proficient at delivering the syllabus. Consideration should be taken however for people who have mental health issues who use a background on teams as they may be triggered by having to show whats in the background (perhaps in the induction email/joining instructions you should make people aware they will not be able to use a background and this will give them the chance to locate themselves somewhere they are more comfortable.)

Finished the SMSTS with our GTE tutor Dan. Great guy adding a lot of his own experiances in to the course to make it more interesting. Three days would have been ample to learn the information given so maybe that's something CITB should review.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly method of delivery and easy of understanding especially as its first time on tunnelling. TSTS course Ray delivered in a way that allows understanding and what should be done, with backup of personal experience in the industry

Did the SMSTS course this week with GTE, The tutor Dan absolutely brilliant explained everything in detail. But the course didn't need to be 5 days, 3 days max. But definitely recommend the company and the tutor Dan loads of knowledge and experience to share.

Just completed my SMSTS with GTE and found them great to deal with. Dan the trainer delivered the course brilliantly and made it as interesting as he could.
To the CITB, this course is far too long for what you need to know and should be cut to a 3 day course maximum. Complete information overload for what you actually need.

The course was well presented by Dan. He was informative and shared lots of great stories. Would recommend to others.

Had a good experience doing my SMSTS refresher with GTE. The registration was easy. Ray the tutor was very informative. Was a comfortable couple of days. The information given throughout the course allowed me to comfortably pass the exam. Strongly recommend this company.

Covered all material for the Health and safety course in an easy to understand manner. Dan was clearly a experienced trainer with a wealth of construction knowledge.

Very informative and helpful refresher of the SMSTS course I completed 5 years ago. Ray is a great instructor and takes you through all the key sections which you may have forgotten. Would highly recommend for any site managers or directors looking to renew their SMSTS qualification for another 5 years
