My experience has left me ill bought lawn mower and had problems sent me 2they 2now want to send a third no refund just want working mower I suffer from trauma and have been made really not well written to company ion linkin

My Gtech vacuum cleaner died today so I rang Gtech accessories, I spoke to a very pleasant man. He listened to what had happened and suggested we check the battery first. When that didn’t work, he said the issue is the main body. He offered to send me a new body which will be with me tomorrow. Without prompting he said that he could offer me a discount on the product, which I was really impressed with.
This is first class customer care, so many companies could learn from this. Highly satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.

Gtech batteries for their garden equipment stop being able to charge , this usually happens slightly after 12 months so guarantee has run out , the equipment is fine , but no good without the battery , so this is an added cost you should all consider before buying gtech equipment !!!! This has happened to us twice and it’s bloody expensive not just to replace the battery , but the loss of working item which is over £250 , DO NOT BUY GTECH

The phone cover took 15 days to be delivered and is of poor quality. I would buy from a different seller.

Extremely well run company. Replacement parts offered so you don't need to throw the whole machine away. I had an issue with a gtech pro2 hoover, I called the helpline, and very quickly I was talking to the right person. The part was order and it was delivered the following day. Excellent service, thank you

I'm giving this company a 5 star review because of it's pragmatic customer service. I received the wrong iPhone case, and when I naturally offered to return it for my refund, they advised they would refund in full and not to worry about returning the case. I shall find a home for it, but saved me a trip to the post office. The refund was done immediately. Why can't ALL consumables companies be like this?

£4 for postage with Royal mail 7-10 working days for delivery is just taking the Micky

This one didn't work well for me didn't attach to screen properly and couldn't get the fingerprint scan to work through the protector so didn't use wasn't expensive so no great loss really

I needed a screen protector for my new iPhone 11. It had one that chipped, so it had done it's job as my screen is perfect. It's the first time I've ever used a screen protector and I'm glad I did even though I've never broken a screen previously. So I Googled suppliers to replace it and Gtech Accessories website was quick and easy to use. However, I made an error and ordered the wrong size not realising they vary. I received an email from one of the Directors asking for feedback and I let him know. He was brilliant, he contacted me and sent a replacement, correct size, screen protector and a new case, I couldn't have been more pleased with the help and service. It saved me lots of time and inconvenience sending back and re-ordering a new one. Thanks very much, I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Rubbish product. No instructions and full of bubbles. Unusable and total waste of money
