My experience with GTC FX has unfortunately been very disappointing from an Introducing Broker perspective.

In November 2025, I introduced a client who deposited USD 1,000,000 with the company. The agreed commission structure was 6%, of which 3% was paid in December 2025.

However, the remaining 3% commission (USD 28,500) has still not been settled despite multiple follow-ups over the past three and a half months.

I have attempted to resolve this matter professionally by contacting the support team as well as senior management including the CEO, CFO, and CLO, but unfortunately I have not received any written confirmation or clear resolution regarding the pending payment.

What is particularly concerning is the lack of communication and transparency despite the fact that the business introduction and client onboarding were completed successfully.

As an Introducing Broker, trust and clarity in commission structures are extremely important. Situations like this make it very difficult to continue bringing business to a company when agreed terms remain unresolved.

I hope the company will review this matter seriously and provide a fair and transparent resolution.
