If I could put 0 stars I would, I tried this site for the first time as I've played their partners site before and had no issues and thought why not. Boy I was wrong. I had initially only deposited $10 and lost cos minimum is $10 deposit so then decided to deposit another $10, started betting from the lowest bet till $8 I hit a big win, total of $1,899.54. I withdraw and am so happy only to be told there was an error and they had to verify this issue. It has now been almost a month since I won that amount and they refuse to give me any explanation other then "it will take a long time for their IT team to verify my win" but I have screen recordings and screenshots of my win being won fair and square and no error occurred. I did not purchase any games. I played every bet from 5 cents till $8 and only upped the bet everytime I spun in a free game.
They can not explain why it's going to take "months". They don't respond at times and they remove my proof of images and recordings of their words stating they are not refusing my amount they just can't release the funds till their team confirms my win. They've removed by bet history and when they do respond they reply with a copy and pasted message of
"Dear our IT still under checking might be few month for checking" OR
"Dear , we are so sorry about it , but once we need to wait for the IT inform to us only us can contact to for more information 🙏💖"
They say on their website most trusted site but it is by far from that.
And I know I only deposited $10 (total of $20 that morning) but it's the principle. I abided by their rules and guidelines for playing and didn't purchase any games and spent hours getting my funds to that amount by spinning in every bonus game by placing a bet as normal.
I will post on Facebook and every site I can to prove this site is full of shit.
