Assistence is very useless. Agent C K never solves problems or archive directly the tickets. He is unsuitable for the public

There is bad communication between this Publisher and their Rangers of Oblivion Dev team.
This company does not care to collect feedback from its community. Their events lack likable content due the lack of attention and care for its community and the feedback from their players.
Discord Moderator and Website Support contact lack the knowledge and care for their players.
Their game client contact is incomplete, missing textures, character voices, incorrectly content applied, character messages with issues like not applying the player's character skin tone.
This company does not even care to promote their game by using other websites like Giveaway, in order to get new players and grow up their community. They don't have vision!

nice game, haters gonna hate

Graphics is beautiful, but game finds millions ways to waste your time and it is unplayable unless you are a masochist. So many downtimes, broken and half finished features, non existent support and with such prices for paid features it almost looks like money laundering venue than real game intended for actual gaming experience. There is many high quality games out there I am surprised anyone even plays this. Avoid.

its all about money or waste your whole day to get top 100 and if top 100 pay u r screwed

It was worth it in the first 2 weeks, easy to play and relatively fast to level up, but I got scammed the second time I spent real money for an event. I have sent a ticket and multiple replies hoping for a followup but gets the same response every week - "action will be taken", "it is still under investigation", "give you a followup soon"
Note, this problem occurs on 26th August 2020, is it really hard to return 500 Gold (100 HKD) when the support replied 2 hours after it was reported?

In short, the game is good until a certain extent, its basically pay to play or take forever to level up.

Well this game is good but there are cheats who don't do Tycoon enough to have what they have and they spend not enough on the xserver or single server to get all what they get before the tycoon was over once ahe activated a home angel takes 80 shards like I spent on the tycoon for this and enough to get extra shards but she didn't spend all that much anyway she activated the home angel and had it to 5 stars mega strength not possible because i have only 13 shards of this and since have not got anymore and she wasn't even in the top 3??..... THIS GAME IS LOADED with cheats company players trying to make ppl pay too much $$$$$$$ for what a Angel made of pixels come on guys give back to the players and make it cost efective so all can enjoy this game is just a RIPPOFF.

it is toooooooooooooooooo slow. mostly dont open. ı use mac - airbook. a new one. fb is almost impossible to play. from safari %5. google %10 from desktop app %90. ( but it has million bugs)

Customer support is utter crap, spending most of you time being told your report has been sent in what seem's a very long chain of people to finally reach the dev's themselves. The only time they are fast in replying is if you have problems recharging the rest of the time they can't be bothered. You spend your money only to get bug's in game, you purchase item's that should give you a helping hand to progress, only to find that the higher the tier of item the less they drop.The solution to all problem's is to start another server and spend all your money again, to get the same outcome is there answer to everything. Just a money hungry company! no respect for there gaming community.

1. Their CS sucks - They are nearly non-responsive or even if they acted on your request, you won't know because they barely reply to your tickets.
2. Game events mostly always involves money - High pay walls to get stronger. No amount of effort can bring you close to those who are paying big. Both applies to PVE and PVP.
3. Game updates are not much of an update - Nothing fun than copy pasting what you've done so far in the past.

Ok this is funny. Almost every review seems to be written by the company. The game is ok for what it is. I am addicted to it but am honest about what it is. Its a shameful cash grab that constantly solicits you for money. It is so shady that there are obviously player/employees that disrupt the status qou to suck money out of you. I doubt this review will make it to posting.

They're always giving great support when it comes to issues and bugs regarding their game. Really worth spending and investing in this game.

The best thing here is me and my cousin enjoys playing SSA Kotz when we were trying to challenge each other through PvP after upgrading our saints to be stronger. Also, their games help us to overcome our bored feeling due to this pandemic thing happening.

Nice game! Would love to spend time more playing these games especially LOD!

Only giving 4 stars because of the bugs but this is great in-game experience especially LOA - Heaven's Fury.

The games are nice, but ATTENTION: when the account cancellation is requested, they reply that it is impossible to do it, therefore all your personal data remain in their servers and databases, even when you no longer want to play and this is a SERIOUS VIOLATION OF PRIVACY.

Great games! though there are still many things to improve in every game i played. Looking forward to playing more games you will publish in the future
