Ordered a digital thermostat from G-Store after some good technical support from G-Store to select the right unit to replace the old mechanical unit. Unfortunately on delivery it was faulty. G-Store were extremely quick to respond and immediately sent a replacement after i demonstrated the fault. A great experience shopping with G-Store, just let down by the initial faulty part, which was really a problem with the quality control of the manufacturer not G-Store. The second unit worked perfectly and is now installed.

I recently engaged G-store to install my solar system. They came down on time and installed in a professional manner. After the installation, there was a little trouble to run the solar system due to the high voltage issue from the energy provider. Adam initiatively raised the issue with the energy provider and guided me through the whole process. Finally, the issue was rectified. Highly recommend G-store to who would like to install a high-quality solar system.

Ordered a new gas heater it arrived 3 days after ordering it. Fantastic service guys.

Fast delivery

I've shopped at G-Store twice now, once in store and once online. The instore service was great, I went in for a drain pump and came out knowing more about heat pumps and hydronic heating than before.
Second time I bought a continuous hot water service online and got a great price and good communications. Only thing I'd say is I have always had bad experiences with Fastway and this delivery was delayed too.

The grass arrived promptly (right during Victoria’s lockdown so I was prepared to wait). However, it arrived in days and matches the sample they had sent me earlier. I haven’t installed it yet as still working on the adjacent flowerbed but couldn’t be happier at this stage.
