Shipping was fast. Address was wrong on package. But product was well wrapped and protected with no sign of damage. Shipping was a bit high.

I wanted to build a slide-out tray for our two mountain bikes and after a lot of research, I discovered that GSF’s 2 bike tray would do the job.

I called them to enquire about delivery etc and spoke to a very helpful young lady called Martha.

Not living too far away, I agreed to pick them up from Wrexham where Martha greeted me with a cup of tea and my new bike tray.

The quality looks good and I shall gain great pleasure from installing this in our new van

We needed to reorder a Container Red Slide Fully Locking but didn't have the full details to hand. Very helpful over the phone, was able to find previous order. Initially, I was told the order would be sent out the next day. Unfortunately, the order didn't go out as expected... we were in a desperate hurry for it. After a few hiccups, a helpful and apologetic lady called Nicola managed to get our order to us just in time, I can't thank her enough. Good quality product and okay customer service made excellent by Nicola. Once again thank you. ( a bit of a delay in writing this review !)

ordered the 1524mm Conred runners to make a mountain bike tray for my van. they are really smooth and clearly very good quality. everybody who has seen it has commented on how slick it is.

Customer service was responsive, helpful and was understanding regarding my error. I was able to return the item without any issues and the new part was supplied at a discount.
