Warning - negative feedback on eBay gets removed, do not trust their high rating! Wouldn't use again.

Ordered a twin outside rcd enclosure from Gsdestore/ebay. What I received as a burnt out normal socket in a 2nd hand enclosure that had melted due to someone with no wiring experience and returned to the store . Seller didn't even check the contents . I took photos and started a return via Ebay . Seller had no more in stock to exchange , but going by the item I received . I would have never trusted them to . I have plenty of pictures to prove how I received the item . I went and ordered from a reputable well know Company and not ebay

I purchased 2 items from GSDSTORE Ebay at a day difference, both orders was marked as posted but if you check the tracking they are still with the seller... After 1 week when I chase delivery they asked to wait a bit more, 2 weeks later they offered a refund....

Despite contacting the seller I have had no response to my query relating to a missing item. Very disappointed. Would not use again.

Do not bother to buy from them at all. The item does not exist in their stock, they just fake the package tracking because after they offer the tracking number then they do not reach the courier to hand the parcel, after 5-10 days of waiting and asking for updates, they just say - We are waiting for couriers updates, and, finally, the parcel is lost.

I purchase a item as reported as new. The item was found to have missing items and they have refused to refund. Do not use this company, as at your peril.

I bought some goods on Ebay from this outfit which is actually called Globestar Distributors Limited and they trade out of Mahaja Building, Cemetery Rd, Bradford.
The goods were late arriving and the main item was missing. The people there couldn't give a hoot and just wanted me to wait until it had arrived and then post delivery to wait yet again for the rest of the order to be sent out. I don't think so Sam, Jenny etc etc if that is actually your names ?
This company are too much hassle to be bothered dealing with. Give it up and let someone who cares about the end result take over.

I purchased a Panasonic DVD Player Recorder off EBay from this company. Although it was fairly new with a date of manufacture of 2024 it arrived in a cardboard box but not the original box.
It came complete with its mains cable & remote controller. I bought it to replace a 10 year old similar player/recorder also made by Panasonic to mate with my 10 year old Panasonic television. Although all of the connections were the same this 2024 player would not work completely. I contacted GSDEstore & agreed that I would return the item. They explained that they had bought several of these off a reputable company but had not had a chance to test them all fully. We agreed that I would return the player for a full refund. I did not wait for any further instructions off the vendor or off eBay. I repacked it & posted it on the 30/12/2024 from my local Post Office. I wanted to return the player ASAP as the cost was going against my Bank Balance. Unfortunately the DVD player/recorder never arrive in Bradford. After the New Year I started what turned out to be a long& difficult process. My local Post Office directed me to the Local Sorting Office which only open between 8am& 10am. They tracked the parcel as far as Leeds Sorting Office & that’s as far as it got. I tried to phone Leeds Sorting Office but only connected me to the number on Google which was an where employees could leave their details reporting for absence from work due to sickness. I found the Post Office very difficult to contact. Even their claim form is very difficult to fill in. In desperation I even tried to enter the parcel details into the Parcel Force which is a similar form. Unfortunately after a few days the reply from them was that I needed to contact Royal Mail. I thought that they were the same company! Apparently they are not the same company. I’m still waiting for Royal Mail to find my parcel or to compensate me for the loss of £135 + £7.65 p&p. I have found that GSDE stores have been very tolerant of my bad experience with Royal Mail. I will not be using Royal Mail ever again.

Well I have received a reply from Royal Mail Customer Services after a long wait. They do not mention that the parcel containing the nearly new DVD player/recorder got as far as Leeds Sorting office but do state that they have let me down on this occasion! The letter goes on to mention that due to the fact that I only paid £7.65 for 2nd Class post I was only entitled to £27.65. What an insult. I have replied stating that infact the whole cost including petrol & my time has increased to £152.65 & that I expect a full refund from the Postal Service who claim that they wish to take care of all post given to them to deliver. In my experience Royal Mail are a very poor company who have already lost most of their business to smaller companies who do a far better job & are often cheaper. I have my prescriptions supplied by Chemist4u delivered monthly by Royal Mail I hope that they treat them with more respect & value. I will see if they move towards my request. So far I have lost £152.65 plus my time. Not impressed. I think that I should have used one of the other more reliable & often cheaper companies.

They took payment and I never received the product. You can't reach them from their contact information, the phone number just rings dead.

I think they might be a scam company.
