I’ve been working with Piers and his team for some weeks now. As I own my property and set it up as an SA, I was unsure whether to sign up to GYOBNB as I am sole operator.

What I liked most was everything was not thrown in all at once. Therefore I was not overwhelmed with how we were improving our SA. They set different tasks and areas to focus on week by week.

They have helped me immensely by helping me to understand using the Airbnb platform and most importantly managing my calendar to get the longer bookings. When I started working with Piers and his team, I wasn't really sure if serviced accommodation would be something really worth it to keep running as I couldn't see profits coming (all of it would go to cover bills and cleaning team)... So working with Piers was literally the last effort I was prepared to do and I would quit afterwards if I couldn't see the results coming.. After working with Piers and understand all the systems involved, the marketing behind it, understand the importance of checking and adapting calendars to our guests, I have had to actually pass over to some industry friends, a full month of bookings as I couldn't accomodate them because I am fully booked... All the changes and "have faith and don't change the calendar for 1 night minimum" was definitely worth it as I keep having long term bookings now. Now I am actually planning to expand and that's all thanks to all the work and effort Piers and his team have put on!! If you are looking for Long Term Bookings involving less stress in terms of change overs and cleaning - Piers and GrowYour BNB will get you the results.
We were under-booked and our big houses were getting smaller 2/3 nights bookings which were really painful to manage. After enrolling in program with them, we started to get long-term enquiries and our units were full and from not getting any long-term enquiries we are now having to decline potential long term bookings as our calendars are full.

With leads now coming through, we are now able to focus 'ON' the business rather than constantly being 'IN' the business.

We have just finished our 8-week Journey with Grow your BNB Short Term Rental Specialist; and cannot recommend working with these guys enough. I’m always a bit sceptical of property training problems in general, there are so many that over promise and underdeliver.

Piers and is team, however, are the real deal. They provide you with the tools and the knowledge STR business up for optimum success. After completing this course, you will have so much of an advantage of your your competitors, its almost unfair!

The 8-week course is split into difference topics and covered in a weekly catch-up call with Piers. Piers is incredibly knowledgeable, him and his team are clearly busy, but they are also incredibly responsive. Every question we had our response very quickly, which is vital.

I’m not going to give too many of Pier’s secrets away! However, the first part of the course focuses on optimising your OTA listings, understanding you profit pricing (vital) Understanding how the OTA algos work and how to achieve higher rankings within the listings to ensure visibility. Then you focus more on your Direct Booking business, and how to perfect this. There are so many topics that I could not possibly touch on them all here, but this is information that you’re not going to see provided by you tube ‘experts’.
