There are several companies that say they are invested in your success, but in my mind there is only one, Growth Tools/Growth University. The entire team is solely and sincerely invested in my success. And they have the knowledge and experience to make it happen; and it is happening. And I couldn't be happier. I've been following GrowthTools for 2 years. I've talked to both happy clients and not so happy clients. Here's my honest feedback on GrowthTools.

Even though I wasn't able to go forward with their Growth University program at this time, Chung, the growth advisor I spoke to, was still very generous and spent almost 2 hours with me to lay out a game plan to grow my fashion consulting business for successful men.

He walked me through how to make my offer irresistible, how to write emails that build trust, how to get discovery calls booked on my calendar, and what kind of clients I should be targeting to reach my revenue goals.

Chung, thank you for taking the time to understand my needs and lay out a game plan to help me reach my goals. I'll be back!

The overall process is very easy to follow and the coaches are so supportive! I am thrilled at the progress I have made in the first 30 days!!

Rip Off - Do Not Trust

For all those considering to work with Growth Tools for coaching, BEWARE OF THIS SCAM because the company won’t deliver on what they promise. I'm a real person and this is my review on how Growth Tools was a waste of my money...

The business Growth Tools markets one-on-one coaching to help you build an online business. To sum up what I received: I got an online course, automated emails, and a coach that also sent me automated emails to check and see if I was following all of the steps of the program. I had very few one-on-one calls over the course of the year that I was enrolled.

When I purchased the program, I was promised one-on-one coaching with personalized feedback & sessions for problem solving aspects of my business to help grow online. They booked a phone call making these promises of what their coaching services include and once I paid (which I PAID $6K!..), they didn’t send me a receipt or any terms of what I just paid for. Hmmm.. It wasn’t until later on that I realized I wasn’t getting what I paid for & then they told me there’s no refunds..

So basically, you will receive a bunch of templates on how to grow an online business with minimal coaching. If I were to do this all over again, I would just go learn for free on YouTube rather than waste my hard earned money. Or buy the Product Launch Formula because its clear that the owner Bryan Harris just jacked a bunch of concepts from Jeff Walker and charged way more for some watered down advice.

Once in, they will assign a coach who will have a video call with you for onboarding and that's pretty much it. I basically paid $6k to take an online course & the coach I was assigned didn't ever give me any personalized advice for my business. One of the things I was promised was that my coach would be there to help keep me accountable and help me during all the steps of the process. My ‘coach’ didn’t give personalized feedback on my business. I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with the 'coaching service'. Rather than trying to keep clients happy with following through, they just take your money and don't care about what you get out of it. Growth Tools was a WASTE OF MY MONEY… which sadly, I’ll never get back because they don’t want to make things right.

Bryan Harris, How do you expect any of your clients’ businesses to succeed when you can’t manage to provide a good quality service of your own?

And in response to your reply here: I did voice my opinion and concerns to my coach, his supervisor, and also asked to speak with you. I booked a video call with Andy (my coach's supervisor) and discussed it all with him. It is SO SAD that you publicly write these LIES in response to my review.

I was told, sorry no refunds. End of story. And he did not put me in touch with you either when I asked.

I didn't even buy their service, because I couldn't at the time. But they still were super kind and helpful. They actually shared, for free! part of their resources. Very generous and genuinely concerned with prospects wellbeing.

Will deShazo showed empathy for the struggles others may presently face and was straight forward in his willingness to be helpful, and then followed through. He understood who his subject was based on a few quick qualifying questions and didn't push for a sale. Compared to calls from other similar businesses, I was impressed with his approach and manner. [[[[[WARNING - READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THEIR SERVICES]]]]]

In the sincerest form of caution, I would strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money on this company's purported "coaching" services. As a past client who has splurged an obscene $10.5K on their coaching program, I am here to sound the alarm on the chaos that underlies their promises.

You'd expect an ordered and coherent marketing plan for such an astronomical fee. Instead, you'll be subjected to a haphazard plan requiring massive amounts of your time spent on endless sales calls, all without a clear lead channel strategy.

The ludicrous suggestion was for me to use podcasts for leads, which had me scrambling, researching, and contacting hosts, scheduling, recording, pitching, nurturing via an email sequence, and conducting a monthly webinar. What was the result? A resounding, disheartening ZERO.

But it doesn't end there. The audacious expectation was for this labyrinthine plan to yield ROI in less than 90 days. This is an outright impossibility if you're doing this part-time like me, a fact I had clearly communicated to them.

While their coaches can be helpful at times, the cost for this service is wildly overpriced. Be forewarned, they may try to bait you with scarcity marketing techniques, claiming a time-limited discount. Don't fall for it. You'd be significantly better off spending a mere $20 on the "Traffic Secrets" book by Russel Brunson than investing in this company's bloated and fruitless services.

Now, I feel it's critical to address their response to my previous feedback:

They stated: "We give every client several opportunities to review their Marketing Plan before we submit the final version to them." This is utterly FALSE. Their marketing plan is vague and the demanding, time-consuming tasks they expect you to undertake are only disclosed once you've been roped in.

They claimed they'd "never expect ROI in less than 90 days with a part-time effort." This could not be further from the truth. Their salesperson explicitly assured me that part-time commitment was sufficient, going as far as to say that the majority of their clients were part-time. This is a BLATANT LIE.

Don't be swayed by their attempt to twist my words. Their coaches are adequate at best, but the service is simply not worth the exorbitant price.

And here's a disturbing update:

This company had the audacity to offer a measly $1000 to erase my review from the internet. When I asked for fair compensation for the financial losses I've suffered due to their shoddy coaching and marketing strategy, they flatly refused. It's quite telling that they're more willing to suppress negative reviews than rectify their service failures.

Finally, be aware that they have begun bombarding their mailing list for positive reviews on Trustpilot, and not all reviewers are genuine clients.

This is a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. Don't be seduced by their persuasive words and promises. This venture has cost me a great deal in money, time, and frustration, and I sincerely hope my experience can prevent others from falling into the same trap.

[2023-08-31 Update on My Previous Review]:

After sharing my genuine experience with GrowthTools on TrustPilot, the company took the step of challenging my review, labeling it as "defamatory" – particularly focusing on my statement: "Finally, be aware that they have begun bombarding their mailing list for positive reviews on Trustpilot, and not all reviewers are genuine clients."

In response to their claim, TrustPilot approached me for evidence to substantiate my statement. I promptly provided them with the necessary documentation, which included emails from GrowthTools' newsletter and feedback from other TrustPilot users. TrustPilot found my evidence credible and reinstated my review.

It's essential to highlight the lengths to which GrowthTools went in an attempt to suppress genuine feedback. From offering a paltry sum to remove my review to making unfounded claims to TrustPilot, their actions seem to underscore a pattern of trying to manage their online reputation at the expense of transparency and honesty.

It's disheartening to see a company prioritize silencing genuine feedback over addressing the concerns raised. I believe that potential clients deserve to see all sides of a business, both positive and negative, to make an informed decision. My intention remains to share my experience so others can make a well-informed choice.
