SCAM...........

SCAM...........
I paid $5,000.00 for the Cash Flow Consultant Course They shut the site down after 4 months. Lucas Lee Tyson (Growth Cave) and Ozzie Blessed (Cash Flow Consultants) They are total thieves stealing millions of dollars. The kicker is there is a video on Tube where they are rewarding their staff (whoever they were) with brand new Rolex watches with the millions of dollars they stole from their willing and excited students.

COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM

********AS OF THE WRITING OF THIS REVIEW, May 20, 2025, GROWTH CAVE AND ITS FOUNDERS, LUCAS LEE TYSON AND OZZY BATTE, ARE BEING SUED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.********

This program was a complete scam.

When I purchased Growth Cave (GC), I was assured by sales representative that I would have the help of coaches and experts— some of the “best in the world”. I was certain I would make back the hefty purchase price.

Upon entry to the course, I was disappointed with the first videos. In them, Lucas and Ozzy, the founders of the program, chatted about mindset, without any real instruction.

Further into the course, I found more disappointing material. They encouraged students to use aggressive, predatory strategies on Facebook to find buyers. I was uncomfortable with their methodology.

GC had a product called Growth Box, on which they instructed students to host courses. There was no instruction on using other online course hosting platforms. Growth Box was sold as an additional purchase subscription for $120 a month— it was not included in the $9,800 purchase price. Similar programs from other companies were a mere $36 a month. This extra purchase was not disclosed up front. If it had been, I would not have purchased GC.

This was all disappointing, but the biggest issue for me was the complete and utter lack of coaching and expert advice. I had a very poor experience with my first coach— he had clearly been recently hired, had no experience or expertise in online marketing or course creation, and had received little to no training. I already knew, or could have easily Googled, the “advice” he gave me.

Additionally, my coach didn’t understand my industry or niche. Whenever I tried to help him, he wouldn’t listen. All to say, he was not the kind of person GC should have hired as a coach, especially for online marketing and course creation. GC did him a disservice. He was absolutely not the expert I was promised.

I asked for a new coach, and was assigned one, but they quit very soon thereafter— before we had a chance to connect. I was assigned a 3rd coach who also quit before I could connect. I had to take a break because of all the frustration. There was no timeline placed on using coaching, so I had no fears about taking time off.

When I started working on my course again, the course facilitators and coaches were gone. I reached out to Lucas Lee Tyson (founder) directly, asking where the coaches were and how I could contact one. He responded to me with this:

"Hi Chelsea, I apologize for any frustration or confusion being left in the dark.

I recorded this video with updates: *redacted link*

Please take a look and let me know any questions."

In the video he talks about needing to shut down GC, but said people who already paid would still receive support. I have not received any kind of support, despite further efforts to reach out.

The whole reason I signed up for this course was because I needed the specific help and expert coaching GC advertised. Now, it's all gone.

Aside from using their scripts for creating the first version of my marketing videos (which I could’ve found elsewhere for free), I learned nothing helpful. I never had access to any expert coach who helped me write ads; advise on important details like the privacy policy and terms of use; help me set up my course on a hosting platform; help me refine my audience and messaging; help me price my course; help me create the final versions of my adds; help me decide which ads would work best for my niche; etc. All of which were services I was promised I would received help with.

Since none of the services promised were rendered, I would like my money back.

Seemed great at first, then turned into a $9800.00 nightmare!

Where to start. It was super expensive for one. The customer service was SOOOOO slow that I couldn't work on it effectively. After almost a year, I put it on hold to get other work done. When I went back to use it I got to a notice that they had stopped supporting it!! I am in the process of trying to get my money back. They asked me for information and proof of payment, which I gave the about 2 months ago. I have emailed the many times, sometimes they ask for the proof of purchase again... but then communication stops. I am thinking of suing them, and/or joining a class action suit against them

False Guarantee Online Fraud

The company made promises of quality education and training and guaranteed position placements upon program completion. None of these were delivered but some basic content with no support. They continued to sell the program and enrolled new clients even as the company faced fraud cases and legal suits in court. The company has since been dissolved and ceased to operate, leaving past and current clients without support or refund. Many clients are currently presenting screenshots, recorded videos, marketing materials, etc. to legal councils to further pursue their matters. Several cases have also been filed by clients to US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Sopme credit card companies and banks are protecting their clients by reversing the charges and stopping payments to GrowthCave and their lending partners such as Klarna.

Ozzie Blessed & Lucas LeeTyson company…

Ozzie Blessed & Lucas LeeTyson company name is Growthcave. They had a Instagram reel promoting Cashflow Consultant academy. I spoke to Jonathan Batte who was an associate working to sell the Cashflow consultant program. I was told that after the training I would be Guaranteed Job placement after graduation making 10K+ per month. They set you up to take a loan out with different loans through lending club, klarna, westlake financial. They do not allow people to complete the course so they do not get placed because they do not have a jobs to place. They became unresponsive and have changed their program from Cashflow Consultant Academy to Apexminds (Ozzie program) and Passive Apps (Lucas Tyson Lee program) asking for more money to join the other programs with no plan to follow through with their promises/guarantees they made. This is a scam I have proof of the contract showing promises made, reports have been made to the FTC there’s a change.org petition with multiple stories of similar situations and promises made. They also have multiple lawsuits that were filed. Beware and do your research prior to signing up with Growth Cave LLC, Ozzie Blessed, Lucas Tyson Lee, Cashflow Consultant Academy, Passive Apps, Apex minds and now there newest sharedwealthevents.com. No phone numbers are shared, and only way to reach us by email which eventually ends with no response and deleted website. Ozzie teaches on mindset, doing the right thing but doesn’t follow what he teaches. Do your due diligence before signing up for anything they offer. I have multiple emails where they passed me to someone and I never got a response.

It is all a scam

It is all a scam. Don't buy anything from these guys even if they do a great job at making you think you they can lead you to success. One can only assume that to avoid liability they recently rebranded and started a new company that provides very similar services with some differences. They have taken over 188 people and counting for a ride (amounting to over 1 million dollars in money collected without following through on their promise). Speaking up when you noticed something was not right meant you were shunned, shamed and told your mindset was the problem if they were kind enough to even answer your emails. Their customer service phone number was just to a VA who was simply a messenger and did nothing to resolve any problems. If you feel like losing money or gifting money to some kids who think that reciting a book called The Game Of Life And How To Play It, every day before work and throughout their day makes them create a reality that makes it ok to take people's money, go for it. I hope you at least research these guys thoroughly before jumping into anything with them. They are great at promising all the things you want to hear but they are simply not telling the truth.

The thing is a scam

The thing is a scam, there are many unhappy people. I'm trying to help my friend who got taken in by Growth Cave's pitch. He had no idea what he was getting in to, then when he did find out and tried to stop the auto payments via Klarna, Lucas Lee-Tyson, the owner, wouldn't respond, and Klarna is been trying to debit $460 from my friend's checking account every month, and have been for the last 7 months.

If you're in this situation, there is a Facebook page dedicated to the Growth Cave scam. Maybe you can get help there.

Biggest scam ever

Biggest scam ever! Promises of a job and guaranteed refund are bogus. No job offered. Also sight closed down without prior warning. I am unsure how this is even a thing and the reviews are so high. They do not deliver what they promise. They only leave you with a nice bill to continue paying, one which they say you will be able to pay off in two weeks when you have your new job with them.
Do not fall for this scam. There is no job offer. There is also no refund. Do not believe this guarantee or this false information that they are selling.

I can't give ZERO STARS so I chose ONE.

I can't give ZERO STARS so I chose one.

They charged $5000 US to train me to be a high-ticket closer and setter and GUARANTEED me a job because they had SO MANY clients looking for the skillset.

Turns out there are NO JOBS available and when I called them on that - they chose to respond with a list of Facebook pages where I could try to get a position and never admitted that they'd made the promise in the presentation.

Thankfully I kept the video presentation that sold me on the program and I sent a time stamped review of the 10+ times they GUARANTEED me a job (making $10G+ a month) to my credit card company.

The credit card company found them (Ozzie B) to be FRAUDULENT and got ALL of my money back.

Thank goodness.

It makes NO SENSE they have this high a rating.

At first seemed like it was beneficial and then nothing. They did nothing. I would ask a question and nothing. In the end they took my money and closed the site down and never responded to any emails. This is a scam. It may start out looking legit but it isn't. More and more money will be asked of you and you will get nothin in return.

The Worst Investment of My Life

I eagerly purchased Growth Cave last year with the hopes that i would develop a great online program. I was told I would receive one-on-one support throughout the process. First the $10,000 course is essentially the same as Lukas's $50 course that he likely recorded back in 2020. The only difference is short 15 minute sessions with "coaches" with additional support from chatbots to answer your questions. While the coaches were nice and reached out regularly to "check-in", I personally was not comfortable with the sales tactics that you have to do as a part of the "beta-sales" process before they will help you create your actual course. They felt outdated and now days there are alot of parameters around what you can or cannot post in FB groups. Also, be careful, because you have to purchase their Growth Cave sells funnel which is an additional monthly $150, that they do not tell you about prior to purchasing the course. This was beyond a doubt the worst investment I have ever made in my life. Please save your dollars and run fast if you are considering investing in the program!!!!

Lucas Lee Tyson

Update: Lucas is attempting to silence my review by constantly attempting to report that I was never a customer. I was a customer that made a down payment purchase in January 2024. I have proof of the receipt TrustPilot, please contact me for this information. He had a money back guarantee of 30 days. He gave misinformation to my bank saying he had a no refund policy. It’s not true. Check the reviews on here. There’s several review responses where he states he issued full refunds.

Lucas Lee Tyson, along with his college roommate and fraudulent funding companies, are running the largest and most profilic internet scam out there today. They create multiple ads to target businesses with specific marketing needs, and then get you on a call with a master sales scammer who gets you to give a down payment and sign an agreement to pay them $16,000. In my case, it was for them to build an online course for me. I had the course written. I just needed someone to tactically execute and help me promote it. The sales scammer said this was their specialty, and that not to worry about funding bc they have a partner who will guarantee you get approval. That’s true but it’s like a payday loan, which is illegal bc if it’s for business they have to operate within FDIC guidelines, and they charge insane interest of 200-300%. You will end up paying them back quadruple of what you took, plus they charge an origination fee. Luckily, I didn’t fall for that part of the scheme. I did give a down payment of $1,500 of my hard worked money from my business. I got a zoom call from a college kid who looked disheveled and unaware of what I was sold. He said to get a refund. I was given a login to their online community where there are several hundreds of white labels instruction and courses on how-to do anything marketing related. This information is obtainable through Google or ChatGPT, but they just purchased pre-build marketing set-up courses and put their logo and branding on it. After realizing this within minutes, I asked for the refund. I was denied, because they said all sales are final. I disputed this with my bank, but they were unable to help me. Someone find the name of Lucas’ LLC, so a class action can be brought against him and his company. He’s got truck loads of karma coming to him. Any positive reviews are his cronies, college buddies or paid bots. Take my advice - avoid him at all costs!

This company is a scam. Dont do it

I have been with Growthcave since June of 2023. I have invested a great deal of my time and over 40,000. I have worked with several members of the team. There is a lot of incompetence. I have had to redo things because one member of the team was not talking to another. There is limited guidance. You do not hav a dedicated coach. You are misled into thinking that u do. One of the coaches used my wrong email on one of my accounts and it really makes things difficult for me up. He would not change it when I asked him. You are supposed to have mastermind calls with Lucus each but instead you might get an occasional call some lower level flunky. This is not the Program that I bought. The time taken to do all of this takes so much longer than you think which is really fine but you are lead to think that it will be so much faster. and then you are enticed to buy additional products or programs.

But the biggest problem I had was when I just wanted a copy of my invoice. I called the number on the website. I was put on hold for over an hr and did leave a saved voice mail with my email and phone number. No one called me back. I email Jordan and asked him twice. To please return an email to me with the requested information. Then, I asked Lorenzo through the app Slack who was sort of my coach. He said to email Jordan because Jordan was the person who had acces to the files. All I needed was a copy of my invoice a a clear explanation of what the course was to cover. Again after three emails in Slack to Jordan I received no response.
My last resort was to try calling the phone number again on the web site. This time I stayed on hold for over an hour. When you press hash as directed you are immediately disconnected. So I tried another approach. After I waited the hour I was given the option of leaving my name and phone number and email to request a call back. Of course after 4 days I can tell you that I have never had a call or an email back. I was sure my email was correct because I spelled it 3 times and listed to the recording.

. I finally had to tell my accountant that that was the best I could do and I reported my unhappy results here. What a crappy company that I have to go to such lengths. Now I have had multiple problems just like this with this company but I am just giving one example because the company wants to be sure this is not a scam complaint but I could go into as much detail or more about several other items it just isn’t necessary. There must be an easier way.

Ozzie Blessed / Cashflow Consultant

The Ozzie Blessed or Cashflow Consultant program is certainly not worth the 5000$ they charge for it.

They claim to get you a job as soon as you finish the course, but they just point you to a bunch of useless Facebook groups where there are a lot of scams and you need to hustle to try to get a legit setter or closer interview which is almost impossible with no prior sales experience.

Most of the Facebook groups are other schools trying to fish you to take their programs.

There are indeed other courses that are cheaper which will structure payments according to if you get the job or not. Because if you don't get the job, this is completely useless.

If you have no prior sales experience, this course is completely useless and then they say that they will work with you until you get a position making 10k/month, but that is a complete lie.
It's very hard to reach them. You can only email them, to get some trust the universe response.

You just have to keep applying on rare positions that appear with them or the facebook groups, but hundreds of graduates of all the different programs are applying, so... saturated.

At max worth 297$ because they do show some basic scripting and mindset skills.

It would be worth 5000$ if they actually do as they said and got you a setter or closer position, which they absolutely don't.

You will spend many months or years trying to get an online high ticket sales job in the saturated market it has become.

It would be best to get some sales experience first to have experience controling the conversation, practicing tonality and understanding the different parts of the sales structure to be able to have some sales volume under your belt and then you can transition to high ticket closing.

This program was created with good intentions but a complete fail in the execution.
