the box in which ware the LED light was to small and on transport broke and all nutrients war falling out and the box of the light was a bit deteriorated but luck the light is ok. For almost 2k I think you can buy a proper box for shipping. ty good day

Great array of carnivorous plant deep narrow pots, only retailer in Europe that has them at a really affordable price too. They have a wide variety of options for gardeners from pots to tents and professional growlights. My goods arrived well packaged. I had a small issue it took a bit longer than expected to ship so a bit of a back and forth with the support staff. But they reassured me my order is indeed on its way. I think the postal service is more to blame for that (DHL) so I will go ahead and give all 5stars.

Terrible customer service.. Attitude of staff was who cares? Late dispatch of items leading to delays .. Told only to wait for goods.. Total delivery time 11 business days.. Paid for 3_5 delivery.. Never use again..

Horrible customer service experience
Horrible customer service experience. They sent my (heavy and big) package to a pick up point instead of a home delivery. Instead of investigating it with DHL, they decided to keep on claiming that it’s local postal service point (who said that this package was sent with a cheaper, pick-up point only service) and even threatening me that I will have to pay if I don’t pick up my package. Instead they could have acted like a normal company and just say ‘hey, we will investigate this with DHL, sorry for any inconvenience’. Instead they were snappy, rude and blamed everyone apart from themselves. Horrible experience.

Satisfied
I received the products I ordered and was satisfied. There was some problem placing the initial order, but I contacted them and they immediately responded and told me how to proceed. They did send a 4 L pot instead of the 2 L pot that I had ordered, but by the time I worked this out I had soil in the pot and thus did not try to exchange it for the correct size. I would use them again if I need more of their products.
