Placed an order in January, it never arrived. Sent an email to chase which hasn't been replied to. Website currently closed, according to companies House the company is still Iive but late filing accounts. Contacted my credit card company and got a refund, would encourage others to do the same.

I have bought some great baby grows from this company in the past. However I spend over £60 in Jan only to have nothing sent. They 1st said they didnt have all of my order and I could order a different design. After doing this iv never received a reply. Iv tried contacting many times and asked for a refund after a month. Iv now had to ask the bank for a charge back to try and get my money as they are ignoring all my emails. Really sad. Used to be a great company
Originally I ordered 4 grows from this company, i knew it would take a while as one was incoming stock but it still took longer than should have, customer service got back to me with a voucher and apology very quickly so I thought great, we all get it wrong sometimes. I then used my voucher on the 27th Jan, chased my order on on 19th Feb, and still today 9th march don’t have my order so evidently this wasn’t a one time thing with my first order. I’m really disappointed because the grows themselves are lovely!

Used to love this company, ordered multiple pj sets over several years and they always came beautifully packaged and lovely and soft.
However, placed an order over a month ago with no updates or product, customer service have not responded to any of my requests for a delivery time or explained the delay. Have now cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund
Beautiful sleep suits - they are gorgeous !ordered before Christmas took 4 weeks after order accepted to arrive but they were so nice I stupidly ordered again at the beginning of Feb - Not arrived and have had same generic email that everyone has received - the company I believe must have gone into liquidation as the website is now closed . I hope they have the decency to let us know what has happened
I ordered three baby grows at the end of last year, they arrived quickly and look nice and felt really comfy. Unfortunately, after two washes the stitching came away. I have contacted the company on two occasions and only had an automated reply. Zero customer service which is why I am giving a one star rating.

I ordered some sleep suits 3 weeks ago and despite numerous attempts to contact the company I have still not received my order or any communication from the company. There is no contact number to try to resolve this. I’d like to give the company the benefit of the doubt but after reading review of similar problems, I’m not sure how else to resolve the issue. Happy to revise the rating if the issue gets sorted.
Ordered before Christmas and still have not received our full order. We contacted, to no avail and posted comments on Instagram, which were deleted. Finally we were contacted back and able to change the size of baby grows (2 weeks) and we still have no confirmation, no order details. Shocking, I don’t know if the company are scamming us, closing down or are unprofessional

Have never received my items and no response from growgrows after several emails. Filed a claim with my CC COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP FROM GROWGROWS !
Ordered several items January 28th. I was not prepared for the slow service in actually shipping my order. Have reached out, with no reply from company. Customer service is definitely lacking. Communication and proper shipping time estimates online would have influenced my purchase. Hope I am happy with the product if I ever get a shipping update.
On 1st December, I placed an order (order number GG2518056) for 10 sleepsuits as Christmas presents. The order also included a complimentary penguin comforter and gift packaging. As a strong supporter of small businesses, I was thrilled when the first part of my order arrived on 19th December: 5 sleepsuits and the comforter. The quality of these items was excellent, and I looked forward to receiving the remainder of my order, which Joe Devereux Kelly, the owner, personally assured me would arrive before Christmas.
On 23rd December, I received 1 additional sleepsuit (tracking number GA074876126GB) and was again pleased with the product. However, I was left disappointed as the remaining 4 sleepsuits from my order were not delivered as promised.
To address the issue, I sent further emails on 7th January, 27th January, and also contacted the company through my ‘SHOP’ account within that period. Unfortunately, each attempt resulted only in a standard automated reply, without any meaningful action or resolution.
On 27th January, I requested a refund of £52.00, as the children for whom the sleepsuits were intended would soon outgrow the items. Due to the lack of response from the company, I have now approached my credit card provider to initiate a dispute claim, as this appears to be the only avenue left for obtaining a refund.
Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid this business.

Ordered from New Zealand as I wanted a specific cotton snuggle toy for my baby. The items are lovely and soft, quality items.
Ordered 11th November (number GG2517568) - 8 sleepsuits, a free gift of a comforter and gift packaging for a Christmas present. I’m always happy to support small businesses, and waited over a month before emailing asking for a refund as the children I had bought for would be outgrowing half the order.. I got a reply from Joe (the founder supposedly) saying that they could send my order rushed or refund me. Apparently the items were on pre order, which was not obvious at all when I originally ordered. I opted for the refund, a request that was ignored as I got an email from them saying my order was now with the courier. I went to track the order and it said they are awaiting the goods. Bearing I mind this was a month ago, I’ve just tracked the order again and they have still not received it. I sent another email on the 17th requesting again for my refund, to which I got a stock response citing the ‘seasonal rush’ for their delay in replying, and a reminder for the customer to ‘be kind’. In this email, they said they typically respond in 48-72 hours - it has now been a week. I have no idea how I’m going to get my money back outside of taking a legal route. Avoid this company.
Poor communication on delivery timescales for items on ‘back order’. Customer service lacking, I don’t mind waiting a few days for a reply when busy but the tone and style of customer service provides excuses rather than focussing on the customer and how they would like the issue resolved and providing clarity on shipping dates.
I had two items ordered out of three that were on back order. At no point did I receive an update on the delays and the new expected delivery date. I had to email twice to enquire, given an update dispatch date after the first chaser and then after the second no date at all.
Such a shame, could be good but need to review their customer service and fulfilment process. Eventually I was offered a refund which was promptly dealt with.
I wouldn’t buy from again, purely based on the customer experience.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The company sent me completely different products than the ones I ordered, along with a note saying they were out of stock and that they “hoped these are fine.” They weren’t fine, and after I reached out, it took a week and a half of slow responses just to be told that I now had to arrange a return myself.
I’m heavily pregnant and have a young child, so I don’t have the time or ability to sort out packaging, navigate their returns page, and make a trip to the post office — especially when the mistake wasn’t mine to begin with. It’s unreasonable to put the burden on the customer to fix an error the company made.
Overall, very poor service and no consideration for the inconvenience caused. I wouldn’t order from them again based on this experience.
The order I made did take a few weeks to arrive because when I ordered it several items were out of stock. I contacted customer services, and they responded promptly and assured me everything was on order. I didn't mind waiting because the baby isn't due until early March. When my purchases arrived, they were in a gift box. The cloth is so soft, it is gorgeous, and I can't wait to see my grandson in them. Great quality.
