Item arrived quickly, which is the only reason for the star. Product description said the item was new but it is full of fingerprints, dirt and scratches.

Questionable “OEM” screens
I started buying some OEM screens from them but I’ve realized that they cut corners. Someone of the “OEM” screens are worst than their aftermarket screens witch doesn’t make sense. Very disappointed. Good customer service , faulty parts

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. I recommend this site to anyone in the device repair business. I accidentally ordered the wrong backglass for a battery and backglass repair and cannot return an unfixed phone. I emailed their customer service department and asked them if I could return that part for the correct one. Not only did they not require me to return the mistake order, they same day shipped the correct backglass so I can return the phone as soon as possible. It would have been such a hassle for such a small but necessary part but instead they had my back and helped me complete the repair in as short of a time as possible. I deeply appreciate how they do their business and recommend them to anyone who asks.

REAL OEM SCREENS
Great screens! I would recommend to only buy GV+ OEM original screens. Their Pro screens are also very good but I prefer the OEM one. I would stay away from any GV+ “Xr, X,Xs,11, and 11 pro screen (if they have them) because I ordered an OEM xr lcd, and it wasn’t an actual refurbished lcd. I ordered it twice but got the same aftermarket lcd. They claim it’s OEM, but.... just watch out, I’m not sayin the lcd was bad... I’m just sayin... I paid for OEM and I got high quality aftermarket... great company and it’s my only supplier for my small business. Props to you @ group vertical
