I paid for an interior detail cleaning, but it was not done properly. The car only looked clean on the surface due to polishing, while the details were left dirty. I informed them, and while they asked me to bring the car back, it’s a waste of time, I had to leave my car for a full day again. Quality service should not require this much effort from the customer. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this service.

The worst misleading platform. We got charged a foreign currency merchant charge while taking a refund even after it's website used the dot ae for a deals offers within the UAE. Also, if you call the shop to check, they will keep charging extra Please be careful when using this platform.

The communication was poor.
The staff who dealt with us, surprisingly the owner of the business, Al Akhaboot scooter rental, same as Octopus Jet Ski in Sharjah, was very rude.
We were cheated out of our ride time. We paid for 30minutes and got 20minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a driver named Nomi in our Safari in Dubai. From the moment we met, he was extremely rude and even yelled at me. His communication over WhatsApp was just as unprofessional! he clearly doesn’t know how to speak to people with basic respect.

To make matters worse, he falsely claimed that we were an hour late. In reality, he gave us a scheduled time and then decided to show up a full hour early. That’s not our fault. I even shared our live location to keep him informed that we were in the area. But instead of meeting us at the agreed spot, he went elsewhere and completely left the designated location.

This was an experience full of confusion, poor behavior, and total nonsense. I’ve saved all our chat screenshots and am fully ready to share them publicly to let others know how unacceptable this situation was.

Place is not hygiene, not at all recommended place for a good massage

Company Must reply on spot if the customer is facing issues with the merchant. And also Groupon needs to verify the merchant offers before posting to the customer

The morning breakfast at Feta is absolutely fantastic! There’s a great variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The staff are warm, welcoming, and provide excellent service. Highly recomended!

Salon is under construction so without warning we came there and were seated in room which is clearly for some other procedure. There was only 1 lady doing mani and pedi, I booked from the beginning for 2 of us. So one had to wait 1hour in order to get done and we didn’t even want both of us mani and pedi.
Totally unacceptable, there should be warning added to this Groupon that what you see in the pictures is not the reality. I would have never booked that place if I knew they are under construction.

I have purchase voucher for hotel, i contacted the hotel they refuse to give ticket to parks and i tried to contact Groupon no response. this is very bed experience.

I have always been purchasing Groupon and I am happy with my purchases.
