Our AM at Group Gear 'Darren Garner' is great to work with. His response time is great, his knowledge for the products is spot on and if Group gear can't provide he has always offered an alternative which is great. I haven't had any issues with delivery with my customers via Group Gear and would definitely recommend this company.

The product quality is great - it just works! The staff are always tremendously helpful and the pricing of the kit makes it an easy choice when I am looking for cables and other bits and pieces.

Great product, if slightly technical to set up, but just ring the help line and speak to a techie (I have been speaking to Tom) and they step you through it.
Had an issue today where the master box had frozen, Tom stepped me through it and all up and running again. Wi-fi restored all over the house.

Darren at Group Gear is really helpful and always comes back with a response very quickly with a product at a competitive price, if they dont offer the product you require they will always try and give you an alternative option.
