I ordered a garden chair directly from their website on 27th April and paid through PayPal.
No order confirmation.
Emailed on the address given by PayPal. Came straight back undeliverable.
Called the phone number on their website. Recorded message said they're all working from home so to email a different address instead.
Did email but no response.
Still no order confirmation so at this stage I had paid for an item I had no idea if or when I would ever receive it.
With zero communication from the company and no sign of the item heading my way, I eventually raised a dispute with PayPal.
They did not respond to PayPal either and yesterday I finally received confirmation I would get a refund.
Monumental waste of a month.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a mattress topper via Wowcher. Evri lost parcel - Groundlevel have no phone line and don’t respond to emails.
Wowcher can’t do anything.
Money lost, no mattress topper and nobody cares.
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Purchased x4 chairs which should have cupholders. They were not included and the company does not respond to emails. Also had to pay extortionate amount of postage, which you dont find out until after you redeem vouchers. Dreadful company, purchased via Wowcher and unable to do anything through them either. I would never buy anything from either company again. These companies hide behind an online service with no actual people to deal with, so the purchaser is left frustrated and out of pocket with substandard items. AVOID! wish I had researched them first. - my mistake.

Paid for table which didn’t arrive. No response via email. Phone lines don’t work. Don’t waste your money on this website/ company.

This place looked reputable, I originally thought I was buying from Debenhams, but it seems that I was buying from a concession seller using Debenhams as a cover for this scam.
I bought a mattress topper, I was told it would take 5-7 working days for delivery, I waited 2 weeks and then emailed to complain that I had not received the item and that I wanted a refund.
The website indicated that the order was still “in progress”. The seller wrote back to tell me the order had been delivered, and did not provide a refund. I am currently complaining via PayPal.
Please be aware, this is a total scam of a company, I wish I had read other reviews here before making my purchase.

Paid for a handheld trimmer via wowcher in March, item has never been delivered and i am unable to get in touch with the Company via phone or email, despite trying to numerous time.

Wowcher should not be working with them as i will never use either again!

I was extremely worried after looking at the reviews but the delay in delivery was with fedex, not groundlevel. The item is perfect as described (bought suitcases from wowcher) but when they didn’t arrive the seller didn’t respond to my email. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Is this company real or just designed to take your cash and never to be heard of again? They also sell other goods under the name of Ezysleep and Groundlevel. Customers paid in good faith and never received the goods, look on trust pilot. When you phone there is an automated message saying phonelines are closed due to covid. There are three email addresses none of which are replied to. Matthew Peter Greet who apparently is the director are you real, or dead to covid just like your phonelines?

Contacted the company ten times via email and attempted to call their now closed phone line. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Scammers and thieves!

Bought some suitcases via wowcher from groundlevel last weekend and they were delivered on the Thursday. Really nice quality, a lot of bad reviews but I've had great service

Bought items through wowcher that never arrived.

Placed on order on wowcher which wasn’t delivered to the right place ,wasn’t able to access the proof of delivery photo as it requested an account number,I tried contacting the company SEVERAL times to no avail,wowcher hasn’t been any help either,they keep on saying they’ll send them an email knowing fully well the company doesn’t reply to any emails and they phone number doesn’t work,DONT ORDER

I paid in November 2023through Wowcher to this company £39.99 plus postage. Expected delivery
date 15th Nov 2023
My order is "still being processed " January 2024.

E mailed 17 times - no response. Thieves.
Wowcher should be ashamed for promoting this company.

Goods odered on the 18th of December and not delivered after 14 days, no communication at all, telephone recording says working from home because of covid and emails will be answered in 72 hours. this did not happen. Purchase made through Pay pal who have refunded my money

Bought a heated throw . It completely went off . Emailed this company still waiting a response after 3 weeks for a refund . Cost £40 . This is unacceptable. Wouldn’t buy anything again of this company . I should have read the reviews first before purchasing. Will do in future .
