I have not received my product and…
I have not received my product and cannot get it resolved through the shipping company. I have contacted grounding well for a refund since I still have not received the sheet. They will not refund until I return it but how can I return it if I haven’t received it? They offer no help to get this resolved. I will never order from them again

Your order was successfully shipped and was on its way to you. However, according to the latest update from UniUni, there was a failed delivery attempt, and the parcel is now being returned to the warehouse due to a failed contact attempt.
We’re coordinating directly with the courier on your behalf, so you don’t have to repeatedly chase them for updates. We’ll do our best to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
We’ll send you an update by email as soon as we receive further information from the courier. If the parcel cannot be delivered and is ultimately returned to us, we’ll arrange either a full reshipment or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Please rest assured that we’ll do our best to make this right and that you won’t be left out of pocket.

Incredible product!

Grounding Well - A delightful company to deal with.
The experience started with a straightforward ordering process and a quick delivery. This is one of the best on-line companies that I have dealt with.
I started with just the grounding mat. Then I decided I would order 2 of the grounding sheets, not the fitted sheets, which included a free grounding mat. Now both my husband and I have our own grounding mats and sheets.
Since starting to use the sheets, we are sleeping much more soundly and for longer stretches of time. My fibromyalgia pain has lessened and fewer trips to the bathroom at night is definitely a bonus.
I highly recommend this company and their product.

It really does work
I was sceptical about the product. I don’t know the exact science of how it works or why but it does work. I noticed I was actually sleeping and waking up with less stiffness. And I had the fortune of contacting Natalie with a few questions about the product and other products at grounding well customer service. All I can say after several email exchanges Natalie has shown the patience of a saint and been very helpful in answering any query I put forward. Customer service is excellent.
