The grounding sheets do not ground. Perhaps in the beginning they did. However, over time, with multiple washes, the silver threads have lost the conductivity. I tested this by ordering a multimeter from Amazon, one that can measure millivolts. Sure enough, the sheets do nothing. I tested a grounding mat I purchased from another company that uses a unique carbon material and instantly the multimeter readout was zero. You won't even get a years worth out of this company's grounding sheets. Do not purchase whatsoever.

Sadly, the grounding sheet and pillow did absolutely nothing for me. I really hoped I would notice a difference. I gave up after 9 months

I was so excited when my package was delivered. Unfortunately, I could NOT sleep to save my life. I had to take them off and then I was able to sleep again. My daughter experienced the same thing.

Absolutely Love grounding sheets, & mats! I bought some for my 2 daughters ,son in laws * grandchildren. When. I first tried these, I was at a Wellness Convention & couldn't believe the difference it made within a short 15 minutes ,sitting w/ my feet on a mat! I was sold! And haven't looked back! I recommend these products to ALL to get " grounded". It's incredible ! If you cannot put your feet on soil ,which i can't, living in a city, this is clean & " feel good" solution. I get better sleeps too! I take my spare set camping,RV,ing ! 🙏 Blessings

The sheet made it feel like electricity was buzzing through my teeth, which was a very uncomfortable sensation. I was going to return them, but it would have cost almost as much to return (as they did not cover shipping) as the original purchase. I do wonder if my tooth implant caused me to feel the current of electricity, so I can’t confidently speak to the effectiveness of this product. Just be careful ordering if you think you might want to return.

Absolute waste of $ -4 nights of no sleep. Until I threw it on the floor and threw it away

I personally didn’t notice any benefit. The sheets became too tight after going through the washer and dryer and became discoloured as well. I have already discarded them.

I have 2 sets of your bed sheets, and several regular bed sheets. I have a sleep number bed as a good judge on how I sleep. Sadly I’ve really not seen a difference, not even a little difference in my overall sleep based on my be reading. So it’s not subliminal, thinking oh yea I feel a big difference from my grounding sheets sleep to regular. SORRY

While I love the texture and feel of the sheet and how it stays relatively cool compared to most, I honestly didn’t feel that it did anything noticeable whatsoever. I was disappointed because I had read so many good reviews but maybe everyone responds differently!

Initially it seemed like we noticed a difference in our sleep, but as time went on, my husband and I thought maybe it was a placebo effect or maybe the sheet wasn’t as effective anymore. After awhile, sleep was no longer as restful. The snaps popped off the pillow cases not long after we purchased them. They were replaced, yet popped off a second time during laundering. The fitted sheet seems well made, but we did have issues with it coming off the mattress during sleep. Maybe deeper pockets are needed.

Been using the sheet for maybe a year now. Fabrication is good, fits good. As for benefits, I can only trust that there are as I continue to have issues with aches, pains, and bought of insomnia which I attribute to old age and lifestyle. I had no expectations these would all disappear, just help toward some relief. It is part of a team of supplements, apparatus, and techniques working in harmony ( I hope) for the same goal.
The only ‘criticism’ is having to hang to dry after laundering.

Really it doesn’t work. It has no effect on anything.
When something comes up, everybody gets all hyped, and everybody wants to sell something that it doesn’t even work.

The cords and the plugs suck…. Cheap made garbage! Turned green and detached with like 30 days!

I’ve used the sheets faithfully for over a year now other than being in the wash. I’ve noticed no difference in the way I feel. I won’t spend that kind of money for these kinds of products again.
The service was good the product is questionable.

I have used the product for over 4 years. After all of this time I neither liked nor disliked the product. Historically I have never had trouble falling asleep or waking up. While I liked the notion of grounding and the claims made by the advertising, using the product made no difference in my sleep patterns or in any other aspect of my health. Over time the fit of the fitted bottom sheet shrank and was tight but that did not prevent me from using it.

When I first received the sheets I checked to see if it was grounded properly and it was. I used it for several weeks and never noticed any difference what so ever over regular cotton sheets. I didn't sleep better or have less aces and pains, nothing different what so ever. I checked along the way a few times to see if they were still grounded and they were until they weren't. I did was them following the instructions. The stap button was still grounded but not the sheet itself. So wasted time money and hopes.

I purchased the sheets with the hope of noticing a difference. I felt nothing. My wife didn't feel anything either. We were both very disappointed. I wish they would have worked. We really were counting on feeling something, but it wasn't any different than any other sheets we have ever had.
