Travelled from Canada to Germany, and were able to attend the Bayern Munich home opener! A dream game for the 4 of us, including a my soccer-obsessed kid. Good communication of options & ticket pricing, great seats (300s), good support for receiving the tickets a few days before the match.

We're from the U.S. We love to travel and our boys are diehard soccer fans. We've found a way to parlay the two together, by attending European soccer games during the Christmas holiday. However, for European soccer tickets, getting them direct from the soccer club is a non-starter and there's no indirect channel like Stubhub.

We just saw a LaLiga (Real Madrid) and Primeira Liga (Sporting Lisbon) games in late December, 2025 and had a blast a both. The Sporting Lisbon game was such a treat - such an incredible experience. Kudos to the entire Groundhopper team who continues to deliver amazing memories for me and my family.

Selhurst Park was a gem. A little cold for pre-gaming at a pub around the grounds, but the Glazier’s Bar inside the stadium was a highlight of our entire trip. Felt like we were invited to a family party in somebody’s basement! We went during the festive period which made it all the more special - people wishing Merry Christmas, even saw a gift exchange between a Palace supporter and the staff. So sweet!

The seats at Selhurst were precisely as advertised. Impressively close to the action and packed in between expertly passionate fans. I can imagine in the summer it can get toasty, but in late December we appreciated the extra warmth.

Stopped by Doneagles on the way back to the train and it did not disappoint. Comically large portions; however, so order appropriately.

Train back to London was easy and the police at the station helped us navigate our connections.

West Ham was also great, easy and a wholly different experience than Selhurst. We knew the park was kind of on an island, but very happy to have visited an Olympic stadium.

Our tickets got us access to a very spacious and well appointed lounge area which was nice and a welcome respite after the long walk from the train station.

Our seats were impeccable - directly on the midfield line and just over the shoulder of Sky Sports commentators. So much space between seats gave plenty of breathing room and was not nearly as intimate as Selhurst.

The stadium felt more ‘American’ - big, modern, somewhat corporate, but very clean and looked brand new - which made the Palace experience that much more special. We’re not discouraging a visit to West Ham, just felt more sterile than Selhurst which oozed character and history.

After the match we hit the Snoozebox which seemed like a makeshift party hut to catch post match crowds and people heading to the ABBA Voyage. We obliged and passed the time in entertaining fashion while the train crowds died down.

Very much appreciate the efforts of Paul and the team to make this experience so stress-free and memorable. Their responsiveness to questions was top-notch and allayed any fears or concerns we had about this adventure. We felt like our enjoyment was their main and only concern.
