I bought a high end colour printer through this company thinking I was saving money to then realise I could have saved 100 pounds if I had bought it through Amazon and also I would have had it delivered the same week rather than having to wait for over 2 weeks. Please be aware that as this is a German company sending goods from Europe and I live in the UK. So I've had to pay 121 pounds on customs tax and my printer has been held in customs for 10 days until receiving a letter to make a payment. Also I agree with the reviews here, customer service has not been very kind, trying to get information from them was a bit like trying to pull a cork from a bottle of wine that has gone wrong. And finally, please note, in their website there's no contact number or complaints policy, basically you can't complaint to anyone if something goes wrong. Never again through this company....

Worst place to buy something
Worst place to buy something. Unprofessional attidue of people working there. Placed order. They sent me part of items, said that remained vinyl will be sent later on. After one year of waiting I saw that vinyl from my order is finally returned to stock. Request store to send me remained part of order. They refused, said that they unable to send parcels to Russia and gave useless voucher. When I asked to send my vinyl to my friend in Finnland, they also refused and asked me to place a new order or to spend voucher. The real reason of such attitude is that price of vinyl I bought became higher, but they didn't recognize this fact & keep silence till present moment with no reply to my messages. Unpleasant expirience. Don't recommend to buy anything in this store!
OK experience, good price
There are some bad reviews about this company which would probably have put me off buying from them, but I ordered before reading the reviews and my experience is actually OK so I'm glad I didn't. I ordered a negative film scanner which was impossible to find elsewhere at this good price. It has just been delivered a couple of weeks after I expected, but to be fair to Grooves, it's the delivery company (CTT Express) that caused the delays, and because of their decent tracking system I was able to not get too anxious during the long wait. I think when you source rare items at rock bottom prices you have to expect some trade off, which in this case was a slow delivery.

I bought a Gigaset phone from Grooves.land UK but it came without UK fittings also an instruction booklet with no UK instructions. When I emailed them they sent me a digital UK instruction and an offer of £5.50 to buy my own UK fittings. So I exercised my right in requesting a return with full refund. They gave me a Germany address to send it back to. I paid £13 for an international post with tracking. But when it arrived the other end nobody was at the address to receive it. They are now refusing to refund the cost of the phone as "they haven't received the package".
Service is shockingly bad and I'm wondering why the people of Gigaset allow this awful company to sell their product.
Item paid for not received
Placed an order for an item they apparently had in stock - they were showing as 2 in stock when I placed my order and paid in full on 05/09/2023 - was informed item would be dispatched within 24-48 hours..
Checked back on 10/09/2023 as figured it was a little overdue without an update.. noticed the order had been updated as:
"(dispatch expected between) 11. Sep 2023 and 12. Sep 2023)"
So checked again on the 11th and 12th only to notice that the above quote seems to be getting updated incrementally by one day at a time.. for example - checked again today 14th September and it now says:
"(dispatch expected between) 15. Sep 2023 and 16. Sep 2023)"
I've since read other reviews and now regretting my decision to have bought from them in the first place as i have no confidence they will actually provide what I've paid for - I've also sent their customer service department emails (3 to date so far) with ZERO response.. I'll shortly be contacting my credit card company to arrange a charge back..
I'd seriously suggest people don't make the mistake i and others have made and look for an alternative, more reputable seller. Definitely one to avoid and I personally won't be making that mistake again.

Ok store, Idiotic customer service
Their prices are great, their inventory has items many other sellers have sold out of, and you can't beat free shipping.
But their customer service is idiotic beyond measure. One of the items I received from them was defective. I asked for a replacement. They offered me a partial $5 refund instead. I again asked for a replacement. They sent the replacement, except the item they replaced was not the one that I told them was defective. When I notified them of this, they ghosted me.
I guess this is a breakup.
Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I ordered a cd that was stated to be available online (8 in stock for immediate despatch), heard nothing for a week, sent an email to ask about the order to be told that it is not in stock and they are waiting further stock. I checked the website again and it still stated it was available with 8 items in stock for immediate despatch. I asked for a refund, and it took a further two weeks to get a refund. Very poor experience and don't believe what the website is telling you in regards to stock availability.

Reading all negative feedback online made a bit hesitant to go forward with purchasing the MUM6N21 bosch mixer especially that the package has to be sent all the way to Saudi Arabia. However, I decided to give a shot and went for the purchase of the item with the additional 3euros for tracking the package. I have received the tracking number once the package was dispatch and received an email from grooves land team related to tracking and eta. The package was received after 3 weeks from Saudi post office after paying for customs clearance cost. Just bare in mind that the customs clearance is about 25% of the cost including shipping.
The team was supportive and replied every single email within a day from sending the email.
Im very happy with item and it was a steal!
