Groobys amazing product
Aside from Groobys amazing products and line up, their customer service is on point. Whether it’s good or bad they respond quickly and with your interest in mind. When I found out about Grooby I knew I had to try them. From day one I have not been disappointed. We had a couple of mishaps with the delivery but out of the hands of Grooby as they did do their part to make sure my package arrived. Amazing product and amazing service. Well done Grooby.

My order of 3 different strains was horrible.
They all smelled like musty dirt. I tried calling them and no one ever answers. I have sent emails to start a return and still no reply. This product is horrible and I think they know it. This is a horrible thing to do to the elderly people they target. Their ads are geared towards us people over 50 . Most of which have health issues and that's why we order. What a low life way to make a buck, by cheating the elderly who are suffering and looking for relief ....
Update ... Yes , I have been contacted and I sent back my shipment. I am waiting on their end to refund my payment.

I ordered two of the 2gram Thai sticks
I ordered two of the 2gram Thai sticks, lambs bread, and afghani. From the picture on the email with the cool hippie holding it, it looked to be the size of an actual regular size or common size cigar. I received them today, and they can't in any way be 2 grams. The king palm shell that I use which hold 1 gram is bigger than what the thai sticks were that I ordered. For the thai sticks to cost SOOOOOOOOO much, they should be a lot bigger than the size of a cigarillo. When I ordered granddaddy purple, it was far from the color purple as advertised; I will not purchase these products in the future, because the products do not appear as the same in the website or on email advertisement.

There was a mistake in my order. I emailed Grooby, not expecting to hear anything until al least tomorrow (Monday). Heard back from them within the hour. The best pre rolls I've come across and had to be honest. I was skeptical but that ended the moment I had their Panama Red & Acapulco Gold pre rolls. Both amazing and complex on their own but with the old school feel very much standing out. I will be ordering again. The one thing I can't leave out. The smoothness to Groobys pre rolls are it's own. You won't find a smoother pre roll than these. I absolutely recommend Groobys. From experienced to beginners you will not be disappointed with this company. Also amazing and fast customer service and shipping.
