FIVE⁰⁶⁻¹¹⁸²same experience as all other reviews with this site.I ordered the Green Leaves Earrings all the way back in March and finally just received them yesterday After more than two months of going back and forth emailing them about the prolonged shipping getting no answer to my email at all i did research about the Lesourireclub and did find a contact number which is .i contacted the Lesourireclub i was little frustrated but the customer team was very helpful and solved my issue

Love the dresses!! I waited about two months but when they finally arrived they were well made and fit perfectly! They were everything I expected!

This shirt is beautifully constructed and the fabric is soft and lovely.

They deserve 0 stars!!!! Bait and switch is definitely happening! Beware! I ordered 3 dresses spending $110! The dresses were “printed” on cheap rayon type fabric! “Ugly” doesn’t even begin to describe them! I was hoping to wear one to a celebration and now I have nothing to wear! First they offered me $10 ….really ? Then they offered me $18 on a $110 order! Now they aren’t responding to my emails!
Don’t waste your money or time!

Terrible return policy and poor quality. Fit was weird on some of the sweaters I received.

I ordered a dress from Grolika on a Instagram Ad. I usually don’t do this but I really liked the dress and a few other pieces of clothing on their website.
I decided to place an order for just the dress as a test.
Well firstly it took 6 weeks to arrive. When it did I found it was nothing like it looked on the Grolika webpage.
Material was thin and ugly and they didn’t even bother to line up the pattern around the bottom of the dress.
The fit was no good as well, I got large to accommodate my breast size.
I will attach a pic if I can.
I contacted them right away so I could return dress and receive a refund.

They have just given me the run around.
First email “they were sorry and how they could help”. (Refund please)
Next email “was an offer of a discount on my next purchase” ( WTH, they think I am going to buy from them again)
Me emailing back
“Please I just want to return product and receive a refund. Please send address and how to receive a refund”
Next from them
“We will give you $7 off your purchase “
Me “No”
I have a feeling I will ever see a refund and this is a big scam.
I implore you to never buy from Grolika or any of those instagram scammers of women’s clothing.
I am glad I just purchased the one thing and will have to just swallow the loss of $40+ dollars.
Please don’t waste your money on them.

I ordered three sweaters. It took 6 weeks for them to arrive. The quality was very cheap, and they did not look like they did online. I fought with them to allow me to return them. I shipped them all the way back to China. They refuse to refund me, and they have stolen my money. Do NOT order from this company!

I would like to discuss my order with someone but nobody has responded to my emails.

The sweaters run very small, quality is very thin, poor, and no easy return as they won’t pay for shipping or send you a return label. They falsely promise "easy returns" and "100% satisfaction guaranteed." The sweaters are not the same as in the sales photographs. They are based in China and won't pay for return shipping. This is not a professional or honest business to deal with!

I was reaaaaly on the fence about buying from their ad. The dress in the ad looked amazing, but when I followed the link and looked at other pictures they looked mixed.

Delivery took over a month, it was definitely one of the stores sending from overseas. Luckily in my case, I was prepared for that part.

The dress fit well and was true to the size, but it definitely looked better on pictures both fabric- and color-wise.

I am still going to wear it, but it wasn't what I anticipated and if I saw it at the store, I probably wouldn't have bough it.

Sizing was spot on....colors and fabrics were as described and delivery was on time.

Very satisfied with my order. Look forward to shopping again!

DO NOT order from this site. They do not return items or even get back to you and the dresses are very cheaply made!!!

Sure. They respond to your emails, but they refuse to allow me to return my items. Poor quality garbage is what they sell. They have offered to refund me first $12 and then $16 on a $110 purchase. DO NOT TRUST ANY GOOD REVIEWS! They are total scam artists.

Scam. They sell poor quality ill fitting clothing and will not refund you if items don't fit.

It took a really long time for my order to get here, almost two months! But I love love love the sweaters. They were worth the wait. So soft! I will be ordering again.

It took forever for them to get here (I actually forgot I ordered the sweaters!) but I've already worn 1 of them TWICE since they arrived last week. They're PERFECT. I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and ordered them! I'm 5'6", 125lbs, 34b and the small fits me exactly right- not tight and not at all boxy. They're light weight so I'll get almost year round use out of them here in Southern California. Not sure how they will wash but I plan on being VERY careful with them so they last. They seem well made but also delicate. The color is true to what is dipicted on the website. Easily my 2 favorite sweaters in my wardrobe right now!

Like most people leaving reviews, I loved the images. They took a very long time to be delivered, and when they were, they looked nothing like the images. They were thin and low quality. I am trying to return and customer service is not providing any information to do so. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Took over two months and the sweaters I received look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. One star is too many
