Had problems with my Grohe shower mixer tap. Tech dept were able to diagnose the fault and sent details of part numbers and where to order from, all within 24hrs. Great customer service!

Outstanding customer aftercare service!
I have been buying Grohe taps and shower systems for various houses over the last 35 years... the products are first class, but inevitably, parts wear out with use. Thankfully, their aftercare is just as amazing. I have had to call in support under their 5 year warranty on a few occasions (not for big problems, just wear and tear stuff!) and Grohe have always made it easy and painless to sort out the issue. Big thanks to Jason and Barak at Grohe UK - you continue to make it a joy to be a Grohe advocate and loyalist!!
Superb customer service from Grohe
Superb customer service from Grohe. I didn't know which part i needed for my dripping shower unit and I didn't know the unit I had, so they suggested I email an image of the unit so that they could advise me on the part number. I received a quick response and the link they gave for the part gave me a choice of suppliers to get the best price.

We had an issue with the shower, after explaining situtaion, customer service replied back promptly and explained the next steps clearly. Showed empathy and we are in the process of sorting out an engineer visit

Excellent Customer Support and Warranty
5* service got my shower in 2022 and to be fair since the start had a small leak which progressively became worse. Contacted Grohe directly in October 2025, uploaded some photos of my invoice and a video of the problem, new valve was send to me straight away.
All my house has Grohe Taps will continue to invest in their products.

Excellent service from Chris in technical help
Called technical help line after speaking to two advisors they assigned an engineer. Within 30mins I was called and using a video link was able to show the issue, so simple but enormously effective. Chris was knowledgeable and efficient, solution found and spare part arrived next day and it fixed the issue. Other companies could learn a lot from this level of customer service, first class.

Shower valve part identified by photo
I had difficulty identifying the correct part however an email and picture were sent to GROHE and they identified the part number. The shower valve has now been fitted and no more drips.
