My 1965 Mustang needed steering repairs. I spoke with Mike at Groffs, he advised what parts would be needed. I purchased the parts, He and Leroy had to do some custom work to make the parts work properly. It was done to my satisfaction in a minimum of time

Everyone we spoke too was very patient and broke down what they do to test the brakes. As well, they were able to explain to me clearly what the issue was.

These guys are honest and to the point. Dave did the work on my vehicle, fairly and thorough.

The work consisted of mostly serviceability inspection (as the vehicle is just shy of forty years old). Dave's work and feedback was prompt, honest and detailed, pointing me in the right direction to continue work on my ride. He gave me additional advise and options from which to jump moving forward.

This is the only place in CO that you need to bring your vehicle. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. We have taken both our vehicles here for three years now. The professionalism extends beyond basic maintenance. We had a timing belt replaced in WA and wouldn't you know it, it was failing. No fault to the original garage, but failing nonetheless. Groff staff went above and beyond and contacted that garage and made all the arrangements to service and replace the faulty timing belt. I cannot say enough nice things about this shop. Everyone should be bringing their vehicles to Groff's Automotive!!

They got my 98’ Ford truck ready for an emergency road trip and let me know what parts I needed for future repairs and they made an appointment for me in the future to accommodate my busy schedule. Oil change business told wife she needed her brakes done, Groff's told us she didn't, save us hundreds of dollars, truly appreciated, very professional run business, will be sure to return to Groff's when their services are needed.

According to the tow truck driver, he thought I needed a new alternator (as well as my brother). I don’t much about engines and rely on the honesty of a mechanic to properly diagnose the problem. Groff’s diagnosed it was a completely dead battery. Not even enough voltage to run the diagnostic computer. I brought a replacement battery and they called to say it was just the battery, not the alternator. A dishonest business could have replaced and charged me for an alternator I didn’t really need. This is why I have always gone to Groff’s. They are trustworthy and honest about what is necessary. I appreciate their business ethics and professionalism. In this COVID time, businesses are making money dishonestly from desperate people. Not ever the case at Groff’s; during a crisis time or otherwise. Thank you for getting me back on the road!
