Out of date coupon

Received a coupon through the door that was seven days out of date, not much use and waste of paper, have no plans to use them in future

Dear Timothy,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this was a printing issue. Our website launched on 10/10/2020 and the coupon can be use from 10/10 until the promotional cycle will end on 30/11/2020. This is written in the bottom of leaflet. My apology for any inconvenience caused.
