Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

Had a delivery yesterday, booked 12-4, was expecting to wait all afternoon but the lovely driver Craig rang just after 11am to ask if its ok to call a bit earlier because he was running quicker than expected on his round, i was very happy and he had the courtesy of calling to check if i was available an hour earlier than i booked rather than just turning up early outside my booked time. up to now never had a single reason to fault Morrisons with deliveries in around 5 yrs and i hope it continues BOLTON AREA. THANK YOU.

Do not buy or eat the morrisons 12 chicken tikka pakoras. I have caught food poisoning from these. I bought them from the morrisons store in Rothwell Leeds. Please be warned do not eat these.

Having been an online customer for a long time, last week I had a problem when trying to place my order. I kept getting a message saying cannot connect to card supplier. I contacted my bank and they said there was nothing wrong their end. The only way I could place the order was to ring Morrisons and they updated and placed the order. I phoned several times to ask them to try and sort this out and even sent in a complaint form. No promised ring back calls were received and to date no answer to my complaint. I think the problem has been resolved. How, I don't know as they haven't even bothered to tell me. Would have been nice if Morrisons would contact me with an explanation and/or an apology but unfortunately "radio silence"

I prefer going to be served by a cashier and today I was served by Linda ....or is it with a Y Lynda at Morrisons, Wick, Littlehampton. Linda was very helpful and friendly and efficient as I had a small concern and she sorted it out for me by seeking help and being very patient with me. Thank you again, Linda!

We left our car charging at the Wells Morrisons which took 1 hour and 40 minutes. We then moved the car from the charging space, parked in a car park space and went into the store to do our shopping. A week later I received a Parking Charge Notice from Euro Car Parks for exceeding the 2 hours maximum stay. This didn't seem fair so I contacted Morrison's customer service to complain. I received an automoted response then nothing for a week when I received an email saying I hadn't sent them further details they had requested but I had never had an email requesting further details. I replied asking them to send their request again but didn't ever get a reply. As I was now getting very worried about the parking fine I paid the £60, reduced from £100 for paying within 14 days. I am not happy having to pay this for what was genuine use of their charger and shopping in their store. I don't recall any signs warning of this near the chargers either.
I have since been asked again to send the information requested but have never received an email asking for more information!

I ordered last week and whenthe order arrived nearly everything was missing. Out the the nine items actually delivered, 3 were out of date! I tried asking the driver why and he was really rude and just shrugged! I called Customer Service and they said they didnt know anything! I sent a compaints email and they said they would get back to me in 2/3 days and nothing, I sent another and nothing! I called again today and the lady said they dont answer complaints. They just take it as feedback? There is literally no way of actually complaining or finding out about issues. They are by far the worse company I have ever deralt with and I will never use them again. I spent literally hindreds and hundreds on online shopping every month and they have really lost out. At least other super markets address any issues. This is not acceptable!

Morrisons need to send somebody undercover from head office to Enterprise five and observe just how inappropriate some of the male staff act.
On a recent shop I witnessed 2 male staff and one of them using the F word whilst customers were nearby and another male staff member putting boxes onto a high shelf next to an elderly man's shoppers head, surely this is against health and safety and on a previous visit a male staff member threw a bunch of bananas about 10 feet onto the rest of the bananas.

Polite service and a good meal in a clean cafe, what more can I say?

Morrisons Stirchley have introduced lots more self service checkouts but it’s meant the service is worse. You still only have one person manning about 15 service points. There are never any bags so you have to wait to ask for one. I noticed an item had spilt so I asked for another one and in the days of tills that wouldn’t be a problem as they’d get someone to go for you. The self service person said they couldn’t go and they didn’t know if there was anyone else! Totally useless! So I had to do it which was fine but it means a self service till is out of use. Oh and they keep having sales people in there. Does my head in. You say no and they still try and talk to you. With that and people asking for money outside it’s all too much.

Scandalous took my money and didn’t even deliver my stuff. So now I have to waste time contacting them and trying to get my money back. They didn’t even contact me about my delivery not turning up. Avoid these clowns

I purchased an item in-store, and upon attempting to consume it, I noticed it emitted an unpleasant odor and was not suitable for consumption. I contacted Morrisons through their messaging service. I was assisted by a courteous customer service representative named Krome. I would like to thank Krome for he or she exceptional assistance. He or she helped me resolve the issue and graciously provided additional goodwill points in response to my concerns.

Very little plant based food. Even less organic vegetables compared to Sainsbury's

I visited your Gt Clacton store and was left very disappointed.
60p for a bag! That’s 50% more any other supermarkets!
The cafe/market street section is now closed.
Toilet door locks broken!
And in my opinion a terrible layout. Bread is not near the bakery! Bran cereal is separated from the cereals!
Electric security panels so you can’t get out without a member of staff autherising it! Embarrassing Morrisons it really is.
There are leading supermarkets who are currently doing it better I’m afraid.

Liskeard Morrisons lost at least eight customers Saturday 16th May due to not having enough staff on the delicatessen counter. There was one member of staff serving a woman at the pizza counter. There were three others in the queue. I only wanted a pork pie but it looked as though I would have to join the pizza queue. Five minutes passed and the same woman was at the front of the queue with only one assistant serving. I chose to leave the queue and returned five minutes later. The same woman was at the front of the queue. Two customers at the back of the queue decided to leave with me making the same decision. Five minutes later, I returned again only to find the same woman still at the front of the queue, ordering more bespoke pizzas! I noticed a very young man with a headset on who I believe is one of the newly appointed managers. He looks about 12 but is very professional. I asked him if he could find somebody to serve me. He acknowledged my request and said, “of course I will go and find somebody.” Five minutes later and the same woman at the front of the queue, the young man did not return. I chose to leave the store.

Today was my first time physically shopping at Morrisons Worksop. I normally order online. I got to the cashier and there was another Customer before me chatting away with the cashier, as soon as they saw me. I'm Black by the way. The topic changed to too many immigrants in England, We need to do whatever it takes to get rid of these immigrants and claim our country back. They spoke about it loudly while I stood waiting to be checked out. Won't be shopping at Morrisons anymore. Staff members should know better. That's was a disgusting experience. No thanks!

For the second time this month, Morrisons have got an order wrong, supplying coffee instead of the butter I wanted. This is very frustrating as I now have to go out and shop for it

I’ve recently had repeated issues with Morrisons grocery orders placed through Deliveroo where items shown as in stock at the time of ordering later turn out to be unavailable once the order is being picked.
On multiple orders, several items have been missing, sometimes up to around five items in a single shop, and in many cases no suitable substitutes were offered.
The main issue is not just the missing items, but the apparent disconnect between what is shown as available in the app and what is actually in store. This creates a misleading impression at the point of purchase, especially when you are paying delivery and service fees expecting the order to be fulfilled as shown.
One example was basic household items (such as bin bags) being unavailable with no substitute offered, which is hard to understand for a large supermarket.
I rely on grocery delivery services for health reasons, so repeated incomplete orders are particularly disruptive.
This feels like an ongoing stock accuracy issue rather than isolated incidents, and it significantly reduces confidence in ordering through the platform.
I hope Morrisons and its delivery partners review how real-time stock accuracy is being reflected in the app so customers are not repeatedly charged for incomplete orders.
