UPDATE: Getting Refund from Amazon - Never Got it From The Company!
I got a computer that wasn't exactly as described, and a video card that works in all my other computers wouldn't work in their system. Also, the DVD tray kept jamming.
I tried to take advantage of the "easy free returns" LOL! THAT WAS A JOKE. Excuse after excuse. First, they wouldn't even reply until I gave them a bad review on Amazon. Suddenly, they reached out, NOT with "Sorry, we'll take care of it," but instead with, "Take down the bad review, and we'll resolve this." Then they give me a link to remove the review, which then makes it so I can't place another review.
Guess what happened after I took down the review? You got it: runarounds, games! I fought for nearly 2 weeks and it now appears that since the seller wasn't interested getting my refund to me, that Amazon's A-Z Guarantee is giving me a refund.
It seemed like the company (seller) was trying based on what they were telling me. But, a company that ships all the time couldn't figure out how to have the item returned and get me refunded? Fishy!
