Great idea and overall excellent service once the Tyre fitter arrived but was let down over the weekend due to three changes in the time slot originally arranged via web site .
Slightly bad luck as we have been enjoying a heat wave so not being able to get out while awaiting fitters arrival only compounded the situation. But other than this they have competitive prices and good service will definitely use Grippy again !

I will definitely use Grippy again the next time I need tyres.From ordering to fitting everything was handled professionally and the price was the best I could find on line.

I thought I had a puncture, being short of time I found Grippy on line and booked an appointment and paid , all done.
I received a phone call from Darren, the guy dealing with my job, half an hour before he turned up to say he was on his way. Turned up spot on time, a personable guy and well kitted out vehicle, looking good. he checked out my wheel and tyre thoroughly and told me my tyre was fine and no puncture. He put the wheel back on and notified me that there would be no charge, call out or anything and he would notify his office and they would issue a refund of my payment.
whilst he was still outside my house, his office phoned to confirm this and off he went.
What can I say, brilliant , I will definately now use this company from now on and Please everybody , spread the Grippy word, you find a decent company nowadays hang on and don't let go!!!

I just want to say thank you to Stuart from Mr Grippy who not only kept me posted throughout the morning to tell me his estimated time of arrival but when he arrived helped me and went the extra mile to get my tyre fitted. He was friendly and courteous and was exceptionally efficient. the tyres were a great price and the choice and selection process was easy and straightforward. Thank you one again and we will be definitely using you again.

placed my order for tyres that were in stock on thursday to be fitted on monday, get a phone call on friday to say tyres out of stock can't fit till tuesday. ok fine agree a time for tuesday. On monday get a phone call tyres still not in stock cant fit till wednesday. Not happy about this but agree an appointment to fit on thursday. Wednesday lunch time get a phone call to say i will be at your house in 30 mins, i said no you wont i'm at work and your not due untill thursday pm. agree with fitter for him to fit at my place of work on wednesday afternoon, he calls back after realising its booked for thursday trying ro cancel. he turns up at my place of work on wednesday pm to fit tyres after i insisted that he does it wednesday pm.
So welldone Grippy tyres for your appalling customer service, will i use you again? definitely no chance what so ever.

Had never heard of this company before but needed two new tyres for my old girl so did some shopping around and these guys came up with a great price, better than etyres! Once I had ordered and booked the time slot for them to come and fit the tyres at home, they called twice to confirm details and even upgraded the tyres due to lack of stock of my original choice. Fitter called me early morning to confirm the time he would be here and arrived exactly as he said he would. Nice new equipment and a professional job done in no time. Excellent all the way and will definitely use them again.

Using Grippy.co.uk was really easy. They were cheaper than some of the other sites that I had used before for exactly the same tyres. They were able to come out to me quicker than other sites and the guy who did the tyres was really nice and friendly.

despite getting the time wrong the service was as easy as ABC. simple hassle free and a very pleasant fitter. certainly worked hard on customer relations. Will not bother with booking into garage in future, this is a service we all can appreciate.

Tyres cost £150 (Great deal) You deducted £600!!! Then sent the fitter to the wrong address and he left my lock nut kit on the roof of my car!!

Went with these guys because of the convenience of getting it done on a Saturday evening, admittedly my fault for not correctly checking the tyre size resulted in the wrong ones coming out, second attempt was the same result despite me talking to someone in the office to re-confirm the size and giving over my work address in which they still sent the poor guy who was the only person who seemed to have a clue about him to my home address first, as if that wasn't bad enough I had to swap a shift for the third attempt and then found out I wasn't even booked in !!!! An absolute joke, now its been nearly 2 weeks in which I've finally given up and asked for a refund, never again and ill be telling everyone I know not to use you either !

It was very helpful that I was notified of intended arrival. The chap who came was also very friendly and informative and did a cracking job from his smart van. I would not hesitate to recommend these people to my friends and relatives.

I had all four tyres replaced and the price was the best price online, the convenience of Grippy.co.uk coming to you is an big added bonus, no sitting in a waiting room at the garage for an hour. The time was at my choice and convenient to me, the guy called me before he arrived, giving me an hours notice of his arrival in my selected afternoon appointment choice.
