No instructions. Over a month for shipping. Looks nothing like the video or pictures. Don't waste your money!!!

So as everyone else states, coming from China. Tracking number is a big farce they want you to download an app, use use the tracking number. I mean the tracking number they sent is all the same day from order to customs and verification at customs all has same day. Of course we are going into 4 weeks and no movement at all. Have sent email no response at all but they show a company in Arizona so we hy no response or anything. Who knows maybe next year it may or may not show up. So how are they showing such a high rating on Trustpilot maybe Trustpilot should look into it.

STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY HANDLES BUT WILL RETURN ONCE I RECEIVE THEM! YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE A STOCKPILE IN ARIZONA OR WHEVER THERE BASED! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

What a joke of a company. A month after ordering it, it's still not here! It ended up being shipped from China. Piss poor customer service refusing to refund for a product I have not received. They advertised all over FB. STAY AWAY

This company has no credibility. They advertise free shipping and when the item arrives a month late they want you to pay shipping …This company has zero customer service.

Not a good company. Ordered a trimmer handle on May 17. On May 28 I received a notice that the order is now coming from China and would be delayed. Fine. Eventually received on June 24. Box damaged and the bracket is broken. Also, the bracket received is vastly different than the one on the site. On site it is green and has logos a different bracket. I received a white handle and completely different bracket with no branding. Asked for refund, no response yet. Double checked site. It shows "30-day money back guarantee". Checked order status link that was emailed to me. On that link it shows a "refund policy" link. Clicking on that shows "No refund policy". Wonderful. Also as another reviewer noted, they clearly show "Trustpilot reviews" in the imagery on the site. I will try for a credit card reversal to get my money back.

Ordered the item more than a month ago. Still not delivered. The tracking service provided is pathetic and useless. Asked for a refund. They won't issue a refund. They have my money and I have nothing. Let's just say that's less than an ideal customer experience.

Ordered on May 25th only to find out the item is shipping from China and estimated to be delivered in July. I have emailed them multiple times and they haven’t responded. Their website states over 2000 Trustpilot reviews and a score of 4.7. There are no Trustpilot reviews, except this one. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them.
