I could not be more pleases with my Grillnetics experience. Not only did they put in a lot of time to design my project and walk me through all my options but they also immediately jumped on an issue I had and resolved it in record time. The system works just as advertised and the service is fantastic. Jason Bunch and his team made my project significantly easier.

Grillnetics is the best DIY BBQ system for an average handy person can buy. The system came pre-cut and only assembly is required. After looking at several DIY BBQ system, I am glad that I went with Grillnetics.

I used Grillnetics to build my outdoor kitchen. The modular aspect of their product was what I was looking for. I contacted Grillnetics and the rep I worked with explained every question and thought I had. They provided me drawings in a timely manner. I had several drawings made until the best combination for my space was achieved. The process of ordering the product was very simple and the turn around time was what we, as customers, would hope for. My shipment arrived packed well. I did have a couple of pieces that were not correct, however, a phone call to my Grillnetics rep had it solved and overnighted the replacement. I base customer service on how they handle problems and errors. If there aren’t any problems then there isn’t any real customer service to rate. My service was what we all hope for. Problem solved and taken care of promptly. I would certainly use Grillnetics again and I would recommend their product and service to anyone looking to build an outdoor kitchen. Nothing is perfect, so as long as we all know that, quality product and service is the best a consumer can hope for. I received that from Grillnetics and my rep was available and helpful thru every step. 5 stars from my experience. Thank you Grillnetics and my rep Jason, it was a pleasure.

Mick was great and very helpful and responsive.

The instructions on the size of the cut-outs could have been better (i.e. the stone countertop needs to be considered).

I am overall really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Grillnetics.

Great Product and easy to assemble. My kit included: sink, oven, 2-burner stovetop, waist bin, 2-drawer fridge, 3-drawer storage, 2-door cabinet. Mick Sage held my hand through the entire process. I made a measurement error and Mick sent me replacement parts within 2 days!
