Why is every packet of biscuits almost always broken and in pieces?? Being a slightly better quality of product we have always purchased this brand but recently almost every pack has broken biscuits. We enjoy the Waffle spice caramel ones but we have yet to enjoy a pack that has no broken biscuits in. Customer service promised to send replacement voucher which has never arrived.
For years this company have beena family favorite across New Zealand and parts of the world. Unfortunately greed has gotten to this company with shrinking sizes and rising prices Unfortunately I will no longer recommend them to thousands of people because of this often used tactical approach on cost cutting.
Griffins Chocolate Thins are a rip off,have been buying these for decades and they are never a full packet,have just rung the company and told they go on weight but the operator coudn't tell me what the weight was. One packet had 27 and the next packet had 24 so over the years they are ripping customers off and i am pissed off.
