WARNING – Stay away from this company!

WARNING – This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Our garden room gym was left unfinished, with rushed paint, incomplete flooring that voided the warranty, a tilted door, and missing paperwork.

We hired Robert for a garden room gym, and it has been a complete disaster.

* Paint: Rushed and unfinished.
* Flooring: Only one layer instead of two, wrong adhesive, warranty voided. Robert tried to blame us.
* Door: Tilted and never repaired.
* Warranty & communication: Promised paperwork never arrived; messages ignored.

Started February 2026. As of May, the room is still unusable. £14,000 paid via credit card, bank contacted.

Extremely stressful. Cheap price isn’t worth the chaos. Do not hire this company.
