Gresswell /Wf-Education Group have very poor service.
We are a charitable community library that fundraises for our equipment. We ordered a (very expensive) bookcase from Gresswell (also known as Wf-Education Group and are a subsidiary of Commercial Services Education Ltd). We also ordered (at the same time) a pair of bookcases (at half the price) from another company. The experience between the two could not have been more different. The bookcases from the other company were delivered quickly, built by the company in the right place in our library, and cleared up by them. The workers were very polite.
With Gresswell there was no option to have the company build the bookcases onsite, so we accepted that it would arrive flatpack, which it duly did (one month after the order -much later than the other bookcases). We arranged for our fitter to build the Gresswell bookcase, to find out that a small but vital fixing kit had not been delivered. I rang Gresswell to report this, then had to email them 2 weeks later to chase this up. The fixing kit eventually arrived and our fitter was called out - to find that they had sent the wrong fixing kit. I emailed Gresswell again and the new fixing kit was ordered - with the instruction to us that it would take another 30days. When they eventually arrived our fitter had been called 3 times to finish building the bookcase and it had taken 3 months from order time. The incompetence of Gresswell astounded us.
