Wrong product
Ordered earpeace Moto pro, but received the regular earpeace Moto. I find them to be unreliable and not doing honest marketing.
Updated:
Now i just got a response they only sell the moto not the moto pro. That's fine and all, but then maybe they should not name the product Moto pro. Thats why im saying it's misleading and not honest marketing.

Great experience
I recently had an issue with an order I placed at Gregmoto. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. I was very impressed with their customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile to make things right. I would definitely recommend this motorcycle shop to anyone looking for a great experience.

I purchased a helmet.
I purchased a helmet.
It does not fit and I want to return the helmet.
It seems to be an impossible task because I never recieve the return label no matter how many times I try using the form on the website.
It is possible to write an email and get a reply, but as soon as the email is about returning a product, communication stops!
This is unserious! I just want to return the product.
Since this is not possible I cannot recommend this webshop to anyone.

Impossible to get in touch with!
I bought a pair of boots in a size too small and want to return them. Tried to do it through the website - didn't work. Tried to write to them (4 times) - didn't work. Tried to call them (2 times) - didn't work. Both times I was number one in line in an hour. I even have to pay 99 dkkr. to return the boots and still it seems impossible.

worst customer service ever!!
they dont care to pick up the phone, i keep ringing them but they dont pick up at any time during their working hours.
they dont even answer emails.
i havent received my order yet and I have been chasing them for an update but they never cared to update me or send me my stuff.
very disappointing service and very disrespectful apporach.
I will see if they will reply this review as they may be focused here rather than the direct interaction.
dont use them!!!
